Nashville Birthday

Wonderful stay. Close to downtown by uber, you probably can walk it but we uber. Close to farmers market which was nice. Also walking distance to some restaurant's. Very safe neighborhood. The only other thing that I saw on prior comments was the train, it is close and a little loud but we were hardly in the condo. I would say here again. Thank you!

Great place!

We had an amazing time! Check-in was a breeze.We felt completely safe throughout our stay, whether we were out during the day or at night. The 20-minute stroll to Broadway was a pleasant walk. The place was spotlessly clean, and the coffee was excellent. The beds were incredibly comfortable, but the constant running of trains right outside our window was a bit of a downside.However, we wish we had known about the marathon that took place in April. On the day of our checkout, we got stuck in traffic for two hours trying to leave the city. Despite this minor inconvenience, we would definitely consider staying there again.

Great location!

Nice apartment close to everything. Definitely heard the trains but knew about them before we got there. Great restaurants and bars within blocks!

Great place to stay!

We had a great time! Check in was super easy. We felt safe at the property day and night in fact never saw 1 person near us! Walk to broadway was easy in the morning. We always Uber back just bc we were tired. Clean place, great coffee! Comfy beds. Trains are close but didn’t bother us bc we come from a town with a ton of trains. We would stay there again.

We liked location well enough, but floors were filthy-and we were asked to not wear shoes! Ugh. Owner responded on issue when contacted.

Nashville Comfort

My fiancé and I stayed here with my brother and his gf. We loved the unit, it was very nice coming home after a night out and having a “homey” feel. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The only downfall is the train does run frequently right next to the unit. Overall, loved the unit and area surrounding.

Very relaxing!

Easy to access, safe area, close to downtown. Very clean and appears new. Mother/daughter and both grandmas were super comfortable and very impressed with this property!

Great Stay!

My husband and I, along with our two children (4 and 6) loved our stay at this place. We walked to Broadway during the day. Walked and ate dinner around the corner at Jonathan's Grille. The property was very, very clean and instructions were very easy to follow. The train behind the place only went by a few times during our stay but it wasn't a bother to us.

Great condo., bad location

The condo. was wonderful, but being located so close to the railroad tracks was annoying. Trains early morning and late at night. The area seems to be surrounded by factories. This was not a good choice to build a condo.

Nice place but very loud

Place was clean and tidy and nicely decorated, however the trains running all night long directly outside the window makes it impossible to sleep, they’re extremely loud, the whole place shakes and we probably managed a few hours sleep per night until the trains start around 2am. We wouldn’t return.

Exactly what we hoped for

The apartment was as listed and everything we needed for our stay which was 5 of us for a ladies weekend in Nashville. It's walkable to Broadway as well as some other sites. We didn't find it lacking anything we needed and really appreciated that there were extras like shampoo, conditioner and coffee, creamer and sugar. One parking spot was included. There is plenty of paid parking nearby although the garage around back on 3rd street was not accessible because the street was under construction. The train was not a problem for us. Communication was really great. We would definitely stay here again should we return.

Enjoyed our stay

Condo was suitable for our family (3 adults). The only downside was the trains….that run none stop however you do get adjusted after a few days. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay.

Thanks for hosting us we enjoyed the stay in Nashville. It was clean and comfortable. Train passes thru a few times a day/night but it isn’t too loud.

Nice property

Property was very clean and quiet during the day. Only drawback was being so close to the train tracks. You could hear the train going in the evening and late at night, often waking us up. Otherwise it was close to downtown and we walked everywhere.

Nashville VRBO

Great roomy and clean place with a well stocked kitchen. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Unfortunately the first night of our stay the train was very active and made for a restless night. Second night the train was very quiet and didn't wake us till 7am or so. Great place but that train was tough the 1 night.

Nashville trip

The apartment was clean and had a small balcony which I enjoyed in the mornings when no one else was out of bed. The walk to downtown Nashville was under a mile, so it was walking distance and a direct shot to broadway street on 3rd avenue. There were train tracks outside but they didn’t bother us as there were no whistles to be heard. We found a little sports bar and grill around the corner that we went to a couple times. Nice place, nice area. Would definitely stay here again!
