Our newly decorated condo, located above the Brown County Visitor Center, offers breathtaking views of the village from the spacious windows. With accommodation for up to six guests, our open layout features a full-size kitchen with an island, ensuring everyone has a seat at the table. Our comfortable couch provides ample seating for enjoying your favorite TV shows. For large groups, The Loft can be combined with other rooms, such as the Fire and Rainfall Room, Wine View Room, or the Girlfriend Getaway Suite, offering additional room options and privacy. Book your relaxing getaway at The Loft now! The price structure is for a maximum of six people. If you wish to have more than six guests, please consider the Fire and Rainfall Room, Wine View Room, or Girlfriend Getaway Suite. The Loft by Moondance includes one queen bed (bedroom one), one bunk bed (bedroom two—twin beds), one twin bed (bedroom three), one full bed (bedroom four), and a futon. Please note, while you'll have complete privacy within your unit, the hallway is a common space for other unit renters on the same floor.

Our cabins are located in the beautiful woods and countryside of Brown County, Indiana. While we provide routine professional pest control and keep our homes clean and well-maintained, guests may occasionally see seasonal pests such as mice, flies, lady beetles (Asian beetles), or stink bugs — especially in the fall and spring.

These harmless insects are part of life in a rural setting. We do everything possible to minimize their presence and appreciate your understanding as part of the authentic Brown County experience!

This was the perfect place for my sisters and me to stay! It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed! It was within walking distance for all the shops. Check in was a breeze as communication is done by email.We would definitely stay there again!

Awesome location!

We stayed over Christmas to see family, and it’s such a great location in the heart of downtown Nashville. The space is large for family gathers or a weekend away, we will definitely stay again.

Cozy in the heart of Nashville

The location was perfect! We didn’t want to have to drive anywhere. We walked to shop, dropped bags back off and went out for more treasures. The wine tasting next door was perfect! Perfect space to talk with our friends.

Girls Getaway

7 of us girls spent a weekend in lovely downtown Nashville, Indiana. The location is the best and the accommodations are great too. This was my second time staying here & I plan to stay here again this spring. A few of the girls that came with me, plan on coming back & staying here with their families. Highly recommend.

Nice place located near many shops and restaurants

This property was a nice place for me and my family to stay for the weekend and easily accessible. Only thing I’d suggest is to bring a hair dryer. Luckily there was a CVS close by.

Great location. My only suggestion would be to have a sign up that would reserve a parking spot for the renters. We had a hard time finding a spot close.

Wonderful location

We only stayed 1 night for a concert, location was great, walkable to the restaurant where we had dinner. There were no doors on 2 of the bedrooms, but that was not an issue for us as we only had 4 adults staying. The stairs to get to the 2nd floor were very dark when we returned for the evening, a few motion lights would really help.

Great location!

Perfect location... within walking distance of all town amenities. Only negative was impractical bathroom location. To get from the bedrooms to the main living area, you had to walk through the only bathroom, so if it was in use, you were stuck on one side or the other.

Weird layout

The property’s location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. We did a short 2 night girls trip and really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The main living area is open and spacious and very nicely furnished. The layout was a little weird because you have to walk through the bathroom to access three of the four bedrooms. It was fine for a couple of days but could be annoying if staying longer. Two of the bedrooms had no door which wasn’t ideal for us due to lack of privacy.

The space worked out wonderful for 3 adults and 2 children. I thought the bathroom/ bedroom placement would be awkward but it really wasn’t at all. Tons of space for seating. Beautiful interior. Very relaxing. The only issue we occurred toward the end of our stay was a foul smell coming from the floor drain in the bathroom.

Convenient location

The living space was perfect for spending time together, comfortable seating and kitchen was well stocked. Having one bathroom was a challenge for six women and the fluctuating water pressure was a concern. However the location was perfect and we could walk easily to shopping and restaurants. Management was easy to contact and responsive.

We were on a girls trip and we really enjoyed our stay. We are in our 70’s and was concerned about the stairs but there is an elevator we could use. It would have been more convenient if there would have been more than one bathroom but other than that the facilities worked well for us. Great place, good location, would definitely go back.

Wonderful for a big group

Thank you Moondance Rental for a great time at the loft is Nashville, Indiana, My friends and I celebrated our 60th birthdays, we have been friends for over 45 years, it was a great place to reconnect. It was great, clean, and had everything we needed for a girls' weekend out. We each had our own bedrooms and excellent living spaces to hang out, play games, and watch TV. It was close to everything - I highly recommend it. We could walk everywhere, great shopping and wine tasting, It was close to everything - an excellent Mexican restaurant right behind the loft!

Beautiful & modern with huge gorgeous windows. Open design was extremely spacious. Lovely kitchen with flat top cooktop, counter space, dishes, silverware, etc. Keurig with regular & flavores pods, & coffee maker. Two dining tables. Pretty & comfy furnishings. Everything within walking distance. Perfect downtown location.

Downtown Gem

Great place to stay if in town with friends or family. Main living area is excellent and includes all you’ll need. Walkable to everything in town. Bedrooms are good overall. Bathroom is the only odd part. Single bathroom that you need to walk through to access 3 of 4 bedrooms. Just note that the town essentially opens at 9am and closes at 9pm. There are just a few places open earlier and later. Brown County Park is beautiful for biking and hiking.

First time in Nashville

We loved the location. So easy to just step out to shops and restaurants. Added bonus was getting to see the town's July 4th fireworks show; right out of the balcony. The main living room/kitchen area was beautiful and plenty of room for both families to cook and play games. Only downside was that to get to 3 of the 4 bedrooms you have to cut through the one shared bathroom. Also, the two small bedrooms did not have a door. If those two things could be fixed, we would definitely be back.
