Luxury large manor for the whole family and in-laws! Minutes away from Monterey Bay Aquarium, Fishermen’s Wharf, Cannery row and all the beaches (6 min from Monterey State Beach). 17-mile Drive (attraction), bayonet Black Horse Golf Course (less than 0.5 miles), Fitch Park and much much more. Complimentary 2 adult tickets and child tickets for Monterey Bay Aquarium.

We have one level with Kitchen, dining and living room together with ocean view. With a breakfast bar and coffee/tea bar. Ample of parking on the site and on the street. TV, wifi and theater room with foosball table. Large back yard for hanging out and a golf putting green area.

This upgraded 6 bedroom 3 bath home has an large theater room for family gatherings, kids area including 2 bunk bed rooms, large remodeled chef`s kitchen, a honeymoon suite with balcony with views of the bay. 2 car garage with ample driveway parking. Has EV charging plug. Bring your own charger. Golf putting and new BBQ grill in the huge backyard can fit many guests and is flat for entertainment, hold small weddings (additional charge), or just relax

By car is the best way since everything is 10-15 min away, from the Monterey Bay Aquarium, lovers point beach, the fisherman`s wharf to Carmel by the sea and other near by cities. There is 2 downstairs bedroom that can be access via garage without any stairs

Wonderful house for a large family

The space is perfect for 2 families. The kids found the downstairs activities really fun and kept them continually entertained. Everyone had their own spacious bedroom. The house is close to all the attractions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Monterey House

Everything was great. House was very clean, and ready for us when we got there. Has everything you could ask for. They had a play area for kids, so next time we will probably bring our kids. Will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

This house was very clean and looked just like the pictures! Loved that my baby had areas to play around in. Very close to Carmel by the sea and Monterey! Communication of the owner was great! Would definitely book again in the future :). The free passes to the aquarium was a great addition, as well!

Fabulous home in a beautiful location!

We absolutely loved our stay. Helens home is just that, a home. It did not feel like a vacation rental that was falling apart. Quite the opposite. The house was warm and inviting with plenty of space for everyone!

Convenient location for large group staying together

We had a very good experience here. We were multiple families staying together. The location is convenient to visit Monterey, Pacific Grove, Carmel-by-the-Sea and beyond. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and set up adequately. The spread of bed & bathrooms across different floors was also convenient. Above all, it was easy to communicate with the host and coordinate check in and check out. The aquarium passes were a delightful bonus. Highly recommend especially if you are a large group looking to stay in one location.

Great House

Nice, clean house with plenty of room. We had a staff retreat; 2 faculty members and 5 college dorm RAs. They loved the media/game room as well as the Aquarium tickets. Will use the house again!

House was much bigger than anticipated. Cool place for a group of middle aged guys to relax and have drinks together. Would definitely recommend.

Large Home good for a group, cheap furniture

We enjoyed our stay at this large family home in seaside with friends and our young childern. Pros: - big home, plenty of space for multiple family - nice view from the deck of the ocean - good communication with host, helped accommodate stay edits - acquarium passes are a huge plus!! skip the line with the membership passes Cons: - very cheap furnishings and in need of repair: blinds broken, shower curtain door broken, Bed frame creeks and feels really flimsy - towels, bed sheets, etc. felt really cheap - backyard is run down and kinda unsafe for kids (lots of shaky cinderblock and concrete)

Multi-level house on the hill

Overall we had a good stay! The beds were comfortable, the location was excellent, and the house was large enough for the nine of us to spread out. Based on the description I knew that this house had multiple stories - upstairs and downstairs are listed for the bedrooms. The photos do not show the front of the house. What we found out is the house is actually multilevel - exterior stairs to the main level with all of the common areas, half flight up to upstairs bedrooms, half a flight down to downstairs bedrooms, and another half flight down to recreation areas. My dad has mobility issues so navigating all of those stairs was difficult, we would not have selected this house had we known. Also inaccurate in the description - the aquarium tickets are four member passes that can be used for adults or kids. We bought more adult passes because we thought two of the provided ones could only be used for kids.

The property itself was in a great location and very clean. However the towels did have a moldy odor and the home felt very humid. There is rule to not wear shoes in the house, which was totally understandable to maintain cleanliness of the laminate floors/tiled floors. However the stairs had mats which constantly slipped off when going up and down the stairs. My brother in law slipped on one of them and injured his back. When I tried to let the owner know my. Rother in law was injured, I received an automated response and was warned that of extra cleaning fees if there was any mess left. I was disappointed that the owner had no concern for my brother in laws injury snf showed no empathy.
