•Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
•No loud noise or music past 9 PM
•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, & heater.
•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
•No wearing shoes inside the property.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1500 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air, clean carpets, and scrub walls.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
•Checkin time is 4 PM - 12 AM (fees will apply after 10 PM)
•Checkout time is 10 AM.
•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, internet, lamps, TV streaming sticks, security cams, etc.
•No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
•No Pets
•No Parking anywhere other than assigned spaces.
Fee Schedule:
• Shipping for items left behind is $30 for handling, in addition to USPS packaging & postage costs
• Early check-in and late checkout requests: $40 each
• Special requests: $40 in addition to associated material/service costs
• Luggage dropoff/storage: $15

We have three, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance, front deck, and driveway, which record video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There are also smart home decibel monitors in the hallway and in the gazebo which actively record noise decibel levels. The decibel monitors do not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house, to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if these rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.
Please park your car(s) in the garage. The entire home & yard is yours to enjoy. There is just a storage shed in the backyard that is locked and not for guest use.
Note that a staircase with about 20 steps leads to the front door.
