Damage Protection: Insurance vs. Security Deposit We offer two options for protecting your stay:
Security Deposit – A refundable amount held during your stay and returned after checkout if no damage is found. Vacation Rental Insurance – A non-refundable, low-cost option that covers accidental damage up to a set limit.
Why We Recommend Insurance: ✔ Better Coverage – Protects against accidental damage beyond what a deposit covers. ✔ Less Upfront Cost – No need to tie up funds with a large deposit. ✔ Hassle-Free – No waiting for refunds or disputes after checkout.
For peace of mind and a smoother experience, we highly recommend choosing the vacation rental insurance option. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

Quaint perfect spot for visiting family and day trips
Enjoyed visiting the area as always. Your rental served as a nice cozy base between mini day trips. Well stocked with the necessities and comforts of home, with a view of classic MP.
My wife and I had a lovely time staying in Mineral Point. This property was the perfect homebase to get out and see all that the region had to offer. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Clean and right downtown. Really small bathrooms and beds filled the bedrooms, couldn't even get out on one side.

We liked that the place was so roomy and very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing we would recommend is more comfortable chairs in the living room. The host were wonderful and kept us informed throughout our stay.

Very comfortable with lots of extras. Loved the back porch and spacious kitchen area. I can’t think of anything that was missing for a comfortable stay. What a pretty town. If you are into knitting visit The Station. Definitely would stay here again.

Good communication and followed the rules. Welcome back anytime.
Our family members enjoyed their stay! Kitchen is large and appliances new and clean. Bedrooms were nicely private and dark for children's napping. Comfortable, bright living room, too. Convenient location and dedicated off street parking. We recommend this apartment for a Mineral Point stay.
