Enjoy this 4 bedroom, 7 bathroom, 5,300 square foot house that overlooks the valley of the Pecatonic River and the ATV Trails. The spacious 3 car garage and 9 parking spots in the driveway will allow you to part all of your vehicles and the space to bring all of your ATV/UTV's that you'll need to have your fun in the country. The walk out 2 story deck with gas fireplace and 8 person hot tub are the perfect way to end your fun-filled day. The house is fully-furnished and has all of the accomodations that you will need to have the peaceful adventure that you are looking for!

The house did not disappoint. Large enough for five couples. Yard was large for outdoor activities. Deck was large with great views. Kitchen was spacious.

We booked the house with 4 other couples for a weekend of SxS riding. The property was clean, comfortable and perfect for our party of 10. The view from the house was very relaxing. We enjoyed the large kitchen, grilling, and evenings on the deck. We were able to park the SxS inside the garage. The neighbors were friendly. Melissa the host was very responsive and accommodating. We definitely would book another stay!

This house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our weekend trip! We had four families (adults and kids), and there was plenty of room for everyone. The wide-open layout was amazing—there’s so much space for the kids to play and for everyone to relax together. The open-concept kitchen and living area were perfect for our group since we always seem to gather in the kitchen, and this setup exceeded all expectations. The hot tub was a great bonus, and the UTV trails right next to the house made it even better.Most importantly, the host was incredible—quick to respond, super friendly, and very helpful. We honestly wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Birthday wishes with great views

Our stay was wonderful, relaxing, the hot tub was extra special to chit chat. Was very nice weekend for playing cards and broad games. The views from the kitchen table are fantastic. Driving around this time of the year is so enjoyable.

Perfect place & Location

We rented the place for a UTV trail ride with 5 couples total. There was plenty of parking for our 4 trucks and trailers. There was still plenty of parking if we would have needed it. The home itself was huge and very spacious. We each had our own bedroom with own bathroom. There was plenty of room and seating for everyone. Plenty of additional stuff that was provided upon check in. The owner was way easy to get a hold of if we had any questions and great to work with. Thank you!!
