Very very clean Pool was great Good for children and adults Close to beach went to main beach plus close enough to go to montauk with family More importantly had allot of questions my grandkids we’re coming owner property manager very accommodating to me with all my questions .. we had a great time !

Great Get Away Pros & Cons

Overall the house was Great & would recommend! Pros: number of rooms/beds, private location, pool (heated/lighted),very clean, location to downtown/beach. Cons: Outdated & moldy patio furniture (only used lounge chairs), Kitchen appliances/cutlery needs updating (could also use a blender), Sliding door difficult to open, mattresses not very comfortable and powder room door needs new lock. I recommend parking passes for beach parking (MUST HAVE)

Good but needs improvements

The inside of the home was as expected from the listing, but the pool was dirty upon arrival. We had to wait a day and a half in order for the pool to be cleaned before we were able to use it. Also, the backyard furniture was dirty. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable as well.

Our summer vacation at The Hamptons

The house was amazing! We Loved the large pool which was heated and very clean. The house was newly decorated and immaculate and the bedrooms were charming. We would definitely rent there again.
