While we are glad with this feedback, we are saddened to know about the frustration with the charges and home furniture. The pool heat fee covers its cost and we highly recommend all concerns get brought up during the stay so we are able to rectify and fix the issue. We apologize for the issues you experienced with the cell service, bed sizes, uncomfortable couches, and the incident with the trash cans. We do have a service in all of our homes which comes the evening before trash day to put cans to the curb and return them back to the home after trash pickup.
