Check out the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, then come back and enjoy the two-story house and newly renovated heated saltwater pool with spa! There are 5 bedrooms, one set up as an office with a daybed, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen stocked with all the essentials, 5 smart TVs, a shuffleboard, a pack 'n play and a high chair. Don't forget the backyard retreat with a heated pool, spa, BBQ, firepit and cornhole! Less than 10 minute drive away from Phoenix Sky Harbor International airport and close to many restaurants and shopping. Perfect for families and friends!

Please note that there is a video/audio security camera recording the front entrance of the property. There is also a non-recording noise monitoring device installed on the property.

No smoking and no pets allowed!

No large parties! Small gatherings allowed only upon host pre-approval. (Must agree to additional rules and may incur additional fees.) Please inform host if you plan to have any daytime visitors. Quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

The pool, aside from during the summer, is always heated to 80 degrees at no extra charge. Do not touch the pool equipment. Do not use the pool and spa during quiet hours from 10pm-7am. Message the host when you'd like the spa heated to100 degrees. Spa mode auto shuts off after 2 hours. Allow up to 30 minutes to heat. Alternatively, the spa can be scheduled ahead of time. Let the host know when you'd like it scheduled on and off. Please note pool maintenance lets themselves in through the side gate for maintenance every Monday and Thursday morning. Pool has a Baja shelf and a max depth of around 5 feet. No diving. Swim at your own risk. Please note the fire feature for the pool is non-operational.

Pool toys and cornhole are stored in the shed in the backyard. Please return after use. Be aware, there are various tiles and other materials stored in the shed. Please use caution when retrieving or returning pool toys or cornhole. Children are not allowed in the shed. Please watch children and keep the shed closed.

Please note: Per manufacturer, the top bunk weight capacity is 200 lb and the bottom bunk weight capacity is 350 lb. There is a queen size tri-fold memory foam floor mattress stored in the bunk bedroom closet for use in the living room.

Landscaping maintenance lets themselves in the side gate for maintenance every other Friday.

Guests will use the pool, bunkbed and fire pit at their own risk and will not hold the host liable. Children welcome but home is NOT baby/child proof.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm - 7am. No Parties! You are responsible for any city fees incurred from any noise complaints etc.
Allow pool maintenance and landscaping maintenance onto the property. (They let themselves into the backyard through the side gate.)

Nice property with a lot of space to spread out. Pool is a critical addition, especially during the summer. The host is incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Central location means it’s very close to almost anything you would want to do in the city.

Great property for family get togethers

Beautiful property with lots of room for our large family. We enjoyed the hot tub and the host was very responsive to requests to heat it up- we didn't use the pool due to cool and rainy temperatures. We ate most meals on site and the kitchen and coffee set up were amazing. We appreciated the games- the table shuffle board was a huge hit. The location was very close to The Children's Science Museum as well as shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great stay for conference

We had a great stay! House was clean and well stocked and had nice amenities with the pool/hot tub, games, BBQ, etc. The host was very kind and responsive. Just a short drive to downtown Phoenix where our conference was and lots of great restaurants in the immediate surroundings. We would absolutely book again!

Phoenix Baseball Weekend

Great location to easily get around the greater Phoenix area (15-20 minutes from downtown ballpark, Old Town and airport). Pool was enjoyable in the morning and evening and plenty of restaurants within short drives.

Amazing place for a large family getaway!

Met my oldest son and his family, along with friends from Washington in Phoenix for a concert. Decided to make a weekend out of it and this house did not disappoint! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, while the backyard pool and jacuzzi gave us all a place to gather! Pool was heated, The owners were great communicators and heated the jacuzzi whenever we needed. Only took 20 or 30 minutes to heat up and stayed on for as long as we needed. Close to downtown where our concert which was great. We would normally have stayed in Scottsdale, but took a gamble staying here, and it payed off! Thank you so much for a great stay!

We love that this property has 5 bedrooms so we can fit our large immediate family of 12! We love enjoying the heated saltwater pool, spa, BBQ and firepit. The home is close to many restaurants, shopping and things to do or we can just stay in and relax or enjoy the pool and play some games.

Great open concept downstairs from the living room to the dining and kitchen! 3 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs allow for some separation. Designated office space with desk, chair, monitor, keyboard and speakers allows for guests to work from home! Don't forget the newly renovated heated saltwater pool with spa!
