- Living room with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for two people, coffee table, TV, and Wi-Fi
- Dining area with table and chairs for six people
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen (refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washer-dryer)
- One double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), desk, and en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, toilet)
- One double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and en-suite shower room (shower and sink, no toilet)
- One additional bathroom with shower and sink (no toilet)
- One separate toilet
The cleaning fee includes a change of bed linen and towels for each guest. The cleaning is carried out by professional cleaning staff.
