The entrance is ground level. The rooms are divided as follows: Eat-in kitchen with lounge, dinette, TV and radio. You have access to the 20 sqm terrace with garden furniture. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with TV, electric cooker (2 plates), refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Rovinj. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The neighboring property is left in its natural state with goats, chickens, cats and horses that make their home there Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 100 m). Parking is available on the property.

Cuisine fonctionnelle Le wifi ne passait pas dans la chambre.Peut être agencer mieux en enlevant la grosse cheminée et mettre à la place un canapé ou sofa car juste 4 chaises en fer dans la cuisine.Climatiseur heureusement, extérieur avec barbecue super même si on pourrait rajouter des transats. Positiv war die Sauberkeit, negativ nur stühle zum sitzen. Die Sonne brannte kein Sonnenschirm. Kaffeemaschine brauchte 2 std für 1 Kanne. Haben aber danach eine neue bekommen. Fernseh sehr klein. Kein Toaster sondern ein maker. Und das Haus war kaum zu finden. Gruß Jenny Sommerfeld Sandwich

Erstes Mal Kroatien

Es war wirklich sehr sehr schön!! Das einzigste kleine Detail,was in der Beschreibung gefehlt hat,war,dass nicht nur der Vermieter (der super nett ist) mit auf dem Grundstück wohnt, sondern dass sich auch noch zwei weitere Ferienwohnungen auf dem Grundstück befinden. War aber nicht so schlimm, nur falls es jemanden interessiert,der den Bungalow auch mieten möchte. Ansonsten alles top!!!!
