Typical Périgourdine stone house located in a small quiet hamlet in the village of Le Coux. This lovely property sleeps up to nine people and offers you a quiet hideaway as well as a beautiful little private garden and a secured private swimming pool.

This classic French home has on the ground floor, a homely and well equipped kitchen (with a back kitchen), perfect for spending quality time around the family dinner table.

To the left of the kitchen, a door will lead you to a cosy living room. If you carry on through you will find a hallway leading to a shower room with wc and a double bedroom with its own private terrace at the end of the house.

To the right of the kitchen, you will find a hallway that gives onto a separate wc, a shower room and a double bedroom with french windows giving you a private access to the main terrace.

On the first floor, accessed via a staircase from the kitchen, you will find a mezzanine with a pool table, television and a sitting area. From here, a door will lead you to a bathroom with a bath and shower as well as a wc.
On the other side, there is a double bedroom to your left, and at the end of the hall a bright double bedroom with a ceiling fan and an extra single bed.

In the garden, a natural haven awaits you, offering two terrace areas. The first is accessible from the kitchen and living room, perfect for al fresco dining in summer. The second is a covered terrace near the pool, equipped with an outdoor sink, charcoal barbecue and an electric plancha grill.
You will also find some swings on the lawn area on the side of the house.

Options are available for this property:

- Linen pack : includes 3 towels per person (2 bath towels and one pool towel) and bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover).

-There is a high chair available at the property, if you need you can also opt for an extra baby pack which includes a high chair and a cot.

Please note that for bookings in March and April, the low season, the swimming pool is not open. For bookings at the beginning of May, please contact us for the swimming pool.
