魅力的な3ベッドルームのリフォーム済みの家、3つのシャワールーム、3つのトイレ、静かな、サルラの高さ、丘の上と南約600m²の囲まれたサルラの美しい景色。 市内中心部、400メートル、歴史的中心部500メートル、小道から徒歩で簡単にアクセスできます。 モダンな快適さ、リビングルームとベッドルームのエアコン、リビングルームの電気シャッター、テラスの太陽の電気ブラインド、ミラー付きのアメリカン冷蔵庫、南向きの3つの電気出窓を備えた約120㎡の家。
快適なテラスとスイミングプールで完全に南に滞在します。
約100㎡のテラス、美しい庭園。
屋外コーナーソファ
大きくて美しいスイミングプールは長さ13メートル、幅はほぼ6メートルで、南に面しており、チーク材のサンラウンジャーでは見渡せません。 プールサイドの屋外温水シャワー（ソーラー）、スイミングプール用の大きなフローティングバッグ1つ。皮膚に優しい塩のプールは、クロアとは異なり、目を刺しません。
木炭バーベキュー、ガスプランチャ、卓球台、屋外テーブルサッカー、屋外ビリヤード台を修正しました。

1階：スリーピングエリアに変換可能な大きなコーナーソファ付きのリビングルーム、衛星放送付きの大きなテレビ130 cm、家の中とプールでのwifi、オープンキッチン、トイレ付きのシャワールーム、ランドリーエリア、入り口（暖房なし）冬）、寝室（ダブルベッド）、2つの窓（古いベランダ）

We had a great stay in Sarlat. Sophie was very helpful and anything that was not working was quickly fixed. The pool is amazing and it is very easy to reach the centre. The accommodation is slightly rustic but still comfortable.

Lovely house with aircon in each bedroom. Good size pool with good water quality. Much appreciated the table tennis, football table and games in the house. Nice BBQ. Helpful, friendly hosts who were keen to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you.

Nice holiday home

We stayed during hot sunny times, really comfortable with air cons, big swimming pool and outside of space. Kitchen is with fully equipment with big fridge and freezer so easy to cook too. Sophie is easy to contact with local suggestions. We had a wonderful time, really recommended.

Perfect

The location of this property is wonderful, perched on a hill just above Sarlat. There is a wooded footpath and it takes just five minutes to walk into the town. Not many properties in Sarlat will have a view like this.

Beautiful Sarlat home

The property was immaculate. Air con was welcome. Everything you could possibly need in terms of practicalities. Beautiful pool. The house is situated right on the edge of Sarlat so it is incredibly easy to get into town. I would 100% recommend this property. The owner, Sophie, is the most helpful and charming host I have encountered in France. Merci Sophie!

Family holiday

Beautiful location, above Sarlat, ten minute walk into the centre. Excellent big swimming pool and air conditioning which we were glad of in the heatwave (and the ice machine). Pool table, ping pong and fooseball all good. One bedroom does have a sloping roof and is up a steep stair. You can bring your own linen and towels, otherwise there is an extra charge. Thank you for the welcome gifts.

So Relaxing.

Lovely villa well decorated and equipped, clean and comfortable.(comfortable beds) Really appreciated the private foot path to Sarlat Center. 5min walk to the bakery to get fresh bread, groceries, access to bars and restaurants. The whole family loved the outside space, the vue from the garden, the football table, pool table and spa. Sophie is a very caring hostess and she is very quick to respond to any queries/ questions you may have. Will definitely consider returning to La Salamandrine as for me, the property ticked all the boxes. Also, because the region has so much to offer, one week was too short and there is so much more to do and to see.

Wonderful stay, despite the rain!

We loved this house and its location. It was perfect for our family's requirements. The photos on the listing do not do the property justice as it's even nicer in reality! My husband and I treated our grown up children and their partners to a week away and we all had a relaxing time. It rained a lot but we managed to make the most of the gaps in the weather to make use of the pool, hot tub, ping pong, etc. It was great to be able to stroll down the little path into Sarlat to explore the town, and visit restaurants, etc. It was great to be able to bring our dog. We all found it very comfortable and well equipped. Sophie is a very good communicator and it was good to know any questions would be answered quickly. We totally recommend this property for a lovely stay in the Dordogne and it's a great base for visiting beautiful châteaux, caves and splendid scenery.

A warm welcome and outstanding service in a relaxing setting

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house in Sarlat. A few aspects really stood out to us:1. The welcome package – We felt genuinely welcomed thanks to a beautifully prepared basket filled with delicious treats. After a long and intensive journey, it was a truly thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.2. The atmosphere in and around the house – The sense of calm and serenity gave us a real feeling of peace and relaxation. The house and its surroundings have a very soothing presence.3. The suggestions for local shops and restaurants – Although we were somewhat familiar with Sarlat as a city, we didn’t yet know the area around the house or the nearby facilities. The recommendations we received were incredibly helpful in getting oriented.4. Responsiveness and service – Things don’t always go perfectly, but the speed and care with which these things were handled made a big difference. Both the responsiveness and service were truly outstanding and set this experience apart from others.Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house and garden had everything we needed for a lovely holiday in Sarlat. We were 4 adults staying during the heatwave. The house was clean and tidy with everything ready for our holiday. The air conditioning worked really well during temperatures of 40 deg C. One morning we had a problem with the electricity which Sophie worked hard to get fixed for us that day - Thank you!Plenty of shade and seating outside even on the hottest days - regular dips in the pool certainly helped. We used the footpath down to Sarlat most days, a steady 15 minute walk into the centre of Sarlat. Take a torch if coming back late in the evening. Thank you for the lovely welcome pack.

This house is not as described. It states four bedrooms. There are realistically 3. The other one is in the loft of a lean to construction with a set of ladders to gain access, which are too small for an adult to comfortably climb and too dangerous for a child. As for the other bedrooms, they are very cramped, as are the bathrooms, which should be described as bathcupboards! Also, don’t expect four people to be able to shower within 30 minutes of each other as you will find you run out of hot water. We ended up staggering showers across three hours, yet still the last person to shower got a cold shower. The pool is great apart from the green slime tide line around the pool liner , I feel that should have been cleaned. Around the pool there is on one side paving but most of it is lawn which I don’t mind but it needed mowing when we checked in. Two weeks later it still hadn’t been mowed. The bed in my bedroom is a great alarm clock if you want to be up at 3,4,5am. It collapsed three times whilst I was sleeping, lovely! Fell apart another early morning, 6am as I got out of bed to use the toilet, which is in a room measuring roughly 1m2. Contacted the host who said that I use the loft room i mentioned earlier, she eventually got a new bed, which the maintenance guys could not get up the very steep and tight stairs, so they made a bed from the new and old bed. That duly fell apart at 4am one morning. Access to the house is very tight, not big car friendly at all.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Accueil parfait, location idéalement situé à proximité du centre ville de Sarlat. Bon rapport qualité prix, encore plus appréciable aux beaux jours avec piscine et spa (séjour en décembre). Interface facile et agréable avec l hote toujours très réactif . La région est pleine de richesse à découvrir.

Très bon séjour

Bonjour, nous recommandons cet hébergement où tout est pensé pour notre détente et notre repos à proximité de tous les lieux à découvrir et avec de très agréables hôtes qui ont tout fait pour nous faciliter le séjour. Ils sont généreux et arrangeants , bref que du positif pour nous.

Sophie, var den perfekt vært.

Vi (min hustru og vores lille hund) havde en super dejlig ferie i Sarlat. Beliggenheden er utrolig god. Kun 5 minutters gang til byen, men helt uden støj fra biler eller naboer. Haven, udsigen og poolen er outstanding. Hver morgen (tidligt) kan man se luftballoner over byen. Tak til Sophie og Jean Yves for den flotte gave og dejlige frokost. Vi kommer meget gerne igen, men næste gang tager vi 14 dage

Gezellig vakantiehuis.

Zeer gastvrije eigenaars, heel vriendelijk. We zijn laat toegekomen en er stond een mand voor ons klaar met lekkernijen van de regio. Heel geriefelijk vakantiehuis in een prachtige omgeving. Perfecte uitvalsbasis om de Dordogne te ontdekken.
