Waterfront camp is located 8 miles north of Ticonderoga and 4 miles south of the Champlain Bridge. There is 1 queen bed, a pull-out full-sized sofa bed and a futon that folds-flat into another full-sized bed. Very close to town and the Adirondack mountains.

Beautiful views overlooking the lake with 200 feet of waterfront and a dock. Use the provided golf cart to conveniently transport you and your equipment around the property and waterfront.
Perfect for home base fishing tournaments – dock your boat in a protected bay popular with anglers. Explore the large private 4-acre property, relax by the fire pit or in the hammock near the large deck overlooking the lake, and clean your fish using the outdoor cleaning station and prepare your meals on the gas grill and in large well-equipped kitchen..
