This studio apartment, located on the 2nd floor, includes: A sleeping alcove with a double bed (140 x 200 cm). A shower room with toilet.
A living area with a kitchenette equipped with two electric hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a Senseo coffee machine. Dining area, flat-screen TV. A double sofa bed (140 cm). A terrace furnished with garden furniture and offering a partial sea view.
Free public parking is available 5 meters from the residence. The studio sleeps 2 to 4 people. Close to all amenities.
