Charming, bright apartment in a Viennese Art Nouveau building, close to the center, free WiFi

Our apartment is in an idyllic location with excellent shopping in a very good district of Vienna and is close to the center.
It has a bedroom and an additional bed in the living room towards a green inner courtyard.
The apartment is very quiet and you can easily get to the third floor with a lift.
The location is close to the center. You are in Stephansplatz in about 20-30 minutes.
The Kutschkermarkt, the Währingerstrasse with many nice cafes and shops and the Volksoper are in the immediate vicinity.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Properly & location great; very quiet building. There was a communication problem due to VRBO. Owner told us to contact prop manager via an App., but vrbo blocked the name of the App

The apartment worked well for three adults. Kitchen was well equipped . Short walk to transportation, good value for the price if you don’t have to stay in the city center.
