Welcome to Rollin Tide Villas, a family friendly complex conveniently located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Rollin Tide B4 is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo featuring a spacious, corner balcony accessible from the living area and master bedroom. With two queen bedrooms and a bedroom with two full beds and bunk, this lovely condo sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably. Each bedroom has a TV with Wi-Fi.
Rollin Tide Villas is a small, quiet, family-friendly complex. It offers one of the largest pools in Seagrove Beach with plenty of lounge chairs around the deck, and the pool is also heated in the spring, March through mid-April. The complex is beautifully maintained with well-manicured landscaping including seasonal flowers and tropical palm trees. You'll be a short 3-5 minute walk to the Emerald waters and white sandy beaches. Located only 2 miles from the heart of Seaside, this picturesque coastal community has shops and restaurants that are only a short ride away. You can also walk to nearby fine dining at Cafe 30A, grab fresh seafood at Goatfeathers, pizza at Angelina's.
Relax by the sparkling community pool or spend the day exploring Seaside just 2 miles away! You will love the convenient location, just a short walk or bike ride to shops and restaurants on HWY 30A and beach access only 350 yards away. Come make memories of a lifetime at Rollin Tide B4.

Memorial Day Weekend

Another great stay in 30A.

We’ve stayed at this property the last two years and would happily stay again. No complaints. Very clean and well kept. It’s a really nice location across 30A from the beach near multiple options for public access. It has a nice pool in the small complex as well.

Perfect spot for a laid back beach getaway! I’ve stayed at these condos several times over the years, and this place never disappoints. This unit is clean with nice updates and furnishings, with plenty of space for a big family. The pool is very clean and great for kids. The beach and restaurants are a short walk away, and we also really enjoy driving down the street to Seaside Central Square.

Great stay near the beach

We really enjoyed the condo and it was a five minute walk to a public beach. However, we really loved Grayton Beach State Park, worth the five minute drive down 30A. Our kids loved the condo’s pool (although it could use a clean). We enjoyed our stay overall.

We really enjoyed the property. It was clean and well taken care of. Plenty of room. The pool area was very nice and surrounded by palm trees. It was a quick and easy walk to a public beach. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay overall. Condo was clean and fit our group of 6 perfect. Could added more people and still been comfortable. Location is perfect. Short walk to beach and some great places to eat as well. Only complaint was the heater in the pool was out.

Perfect Location, great condo!

This was our first trip to the 30A area and I think this condo is in a great location. It’s right in between the other hotspots with an easy drive both ways. We walked to the beach each day, and just brought a wagon to carry our chairs. The condo was clean and comfortable for our group of four adults and six kids ages 4 to 13.

Very happy

Super clean villa with everything we needed. Pool and grounds are kept up well too. Communication with the owners was very good. We were very close to public beach access. I loved the location! (The public beach access in Seaside was limited and way too packed with spring breakers) We brought our bikes but there were plenty available for rent. Bikes were a must for the teenagers to have some freedom. Would definitely vacation here again.

Clean and comfortable

This condo was clean and well equipped for just about anything you'd need to be comfortable here. My husband and I stayed for a month and felt right at home. We had family visit at various times and although a little tight with 6 people it worked out. All the units have a pool view; the pool is nice size with palms trees surrounding it, plenty of chairs and 2 bathrooms. The pool is advertised to be heated although there were ongoing issues with the heater. The days the heat was working the water was great; however, most of the time the water was cold. Our owner was quick to respond and work to get the pool man out to fix it on two occasions. Unfortunately it would be warm for a day and then revert back to chilly. We enjoy going to the beach so this wasn't a huge factor for us but we would have liked it warmer for our grandchildren as the air temps were on the cool side. It sounds like the association is aware of the issue so hopefully it will be remedied. The location is great! We walked to many restaurants, stores and there are a couple of beach accesses very close by on foot and one about a 5 minutes drive where you can park the car. This condo is on the 2nd floor with possible occupants above on 3rd floor. Ordinary noises (walking, moving chairs, games, voices, etc) could be heard through the ceiling from the unit above us. A bit annoying and disturbing at times. Overall we had a pleasant stay, appreciated the cleanliness and responsive, friendly owner!

Good location and clean!

The experience from beginning to end was a smooth process. The owner was very pleasant to work and communicate with. The condo was clean and in a great location! The beach was a walk, however was not a long walk. The condo is close to the surrounding areas Destin and Seaside. The kids LOVE it and was in awwww! Definitely recommend this place.

Perfect for our family of 6

We loved our stay. We have kids ranging from 2-13 and everyone had a bed - No one had to stay on a couch. This unit was overlooks the pool which is directly outside and our two year old made the walk to the beach without any trouble. The condo was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed - even with a large family.

Birthday trip

Celebrated 50th bday on the trip. It was everything hoped for. Nice place to stay. Close to all the things we were looking to do. Eat at good restaurants. Close enough to the beach. About 10 minute walk. Across 30a. The communication woth owner was awesome. Very attentive.

We are from Louisville, KY and have owned the property for six years. We primarily use the condo in the winter months so we decided to rent during spring and summer. I am a retired business executive and my wife in a Organ Transplant RN.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The property has been completely upgraded and updated. It is a beautiful 3 bedroom unit overlooking the pool deck. This property is in a quaint location and there are only 22 units and the pool deck size is large and one of the nicest in the area. It is never crowded. The beach is a short 3-5 minute walk or even faster bike ride to the beach access bike racks.
