The house is composed of two levels. On the first floor, you will find an equipped kitchen, a scullery, a living room, a dining room as well as two bedrooms, separate toilets and a shower room. The first floor consists of three bedrooms, separate toilets and a bathroom.
You can have board games, books and comics.
You will enjoy a swimming pool with a soothing view of the surrounding countryside, a sheltered badminton court, a basketball hoop, a ping pong table, a table football, and other outdoor games such as archery, ring games, mölkky, croquet etc...
You will have at your disposal the necessary equipment for convivial moments: barbecue, brazier, garden tables etc...
You will also find relaxation areas: Garden furniture, hammocks, mezzanine, outdoor benches...

The village of La Sauvetat de Savères has a post office, a bar, a grocery store, a bakery, a gas station, a hairdresser and a physiotherapist. The Farmers' Market welcomes you every Wednesday from 4pm to 7pm at the Place du Foirail.
Two kilometres away, the Ferme des Deux Rivières offers a 24-hour vending machine selling local fruit and vegetables. And for gourmets and lovers of the land, you will find at home the addresses of the surrounding producers and farms (milk, eggs, butter, yogurts, cheeses, fruits, honey etc...)
The TGV train station is 20 minutes from the house.
At the Abbey of Sainte Marie de la Garde, located in Saint Pierre de Clairac (6Km), you will find Benedictine monks. It is possible to attend the sung services of the day. You will also find a shop with quality monastic products.

To know for your arrival:
- Electricity consumed in excess of a flat rate of 25KWH per day, i.e. 175KWH per week, is not included in the price and will be paid on site in addition after reading the meters (according to the amount of the price per KWH indicated on the invoice).
- Upon entry to the premises, a deposit will be required.
- Possibility of cleaning fee at the end of the stay: 130€, to be paid on site.
- Sheets, household linen, towels included in the rental price.
