Our gatehouse (maisonnette) is part of a typical Lower Rhine square courtyard from the year 1910 and has been completely renovated in recent years.
It is very tastefully decorated and offers everything for a relaxing holiday on two floors:
1 bedroom (160 cm x 200 cm box spring bed) not completely separated on the upper floor,
1 bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet and a wash basin
1 living / bedroom with a comfortable single / double bed (extendable with slatted frames) (80 to 160 x 200 cm)
Country house kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave / oven, fridge-freezer, etc.
Washing machine, dryer

40 inch TV with satellite connection, WiFi…

Alpacas, horses, donkeys, goats and chickens as well as dogs and cats live on our farm. Most of the animals came to us from animal welfare projects.

Bring your own horses with you !!!! Guest boxes and pastures as well as a riding arena are available.

Niederkrühen-Laar is a small village without any through traffic but nevertheless with a very good connection.

Our courtyard is nestled in the Lower Rhine countryside on a property
of approximately 42,000 sqm. Own meadows and a piece of forest are part of it.
You can go hiking, cycling or riding right from the property.
The Hariksee and the Schwalm are less than 300m from the property.

Various golf courses and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

You are in the state capital of Düsseldorf in less than half an hour.
In 10 minutes you can reach Roermond / NL with the famous outlet center.
