This property is 1 mile from the heart of Wynwood in the historic Design District of Miami. I was able to bike to Red Dot Miami and dodge parking costs. The AC was on-point and my host was on top of any needs that arose. Neighbors were extremely friendly and inviting. I can see using this spot for years to come. This location is also less than a mile from Target and Trader Joe's.

Nice House and Great location

The house is nice and very clean. I had all the kitchen tools needed. The home is located in a nice area with a few food trucks and convenience shops a short walking distance. Also, there are lots of bars and restaurants about a 15 min walk from the home. The host is very nice and responsive.

Was staying there for the weekend got there and when i finally took a shower the shower was dirty n once i cleaned it out i realized why the water dont go down fast he sent someone to fix it it went down a lil better but it still needs work on the drainage system other than thatvit was a ook place

Solid, no frills, place to stay

If you’re looking for a well priced place with all the basics and no frills, this is a great option. The neighborhood is very walkable, but not in the thick of Wynwood (which is kinda nice because it can be loud at night in the main area). Has everything you see in the pics plus Gaby left extra towels just in case. She was super responsive when we had questions as well. Only real negative is there were only two coffee mugs in the whole kitchen and 4 of us staying there. So, that was a bit annoying. And the internet was not super reliable, but Gaby did her best to try to fix it while we were there.

Stay in Old San Juan

Terrible experience, unsafe neighborhood, inaccurate listing (property is in Old San Juan not Wynwood), dirty dwellings, poorly maintained/stained/old/damaged furniture and appliances. Would not recommend at all. Cancelled the reservation after one night. VRBO has been sent picture documentation of all deficiencies, no follow up from VRBO yet.

Cozy and Convenient

Four of us stayed here for the weekend and had a great time at Gaby’s. It only took us 10 minutes to walk to the main wynwood bars and restaurants. There’s also a gas station a few blocks away for any quick errands. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were all friendly. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. Thank you!

Quiet place to stay while exploring the city

The home was spacious and well appointed with toiletries and towels. It is located on a quiet street with plenty of available street parking. We only stayed nights to sleep while we explored the city and the surrounding Wynwood area during the day. It's centrally located to all of the main tourist attractions. Way cheaper alternative to hotels in downtown Miami. Owner was responsive and helpful to all of my questions.
