Old house but nicely done. Had a plumbing problem the first day and host took care of it ASAP. Would stay here again good location close to the beach

Good place to stay if price is your main concern and you are staying for a short time. There was mold in the bathroom, cockroaches in the kitchen, lots of trash around the property. There was hair and dirt all over the place, the WiFi didn’t work, and there was only 1 towel so we had to go buy our own. You get what you pay for.

Highly recommended!

The location is perfect for easy assess to the beach and South Miami. Place is clean and feels like home. Steve is very responsive to questions and messages during our stay. Overall it is a great place with very affordable price. Highly recommended!

I am really disappointed in the quality of this rental booked through VRBO an I feel like I was taken advantage of. The rental was grubby (dirty floor, moldy old coffee filter, greasy stove, etc), smelled like a Goodwill and had cockroaches. The property was not available at 4pm when I showed up as agreed. No communication about a delay from the host. No key code, no wifi password given without multiple messages/request being sent.The property was so unpleasant that after one night, I booked a hotel at a significant additional cost to myself. The host refused to answer my request for a refund for the nights I did not stay or for the "cleaning" fee. I reached out to VRBO and after seeing photos they forwarded my complaint to their Health and Safety Dept. VRBO offered my some compensation, but I am still out of pocket a significant sum. If you decide to rent this place, manage your expectations for cleanliness and peace of mind. I think VRBO needs to raise their standards.
