If you're looking to stay at a high-end rental in the heart of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort®, come home to Fisherman's Village. This New Orleans inspired condo complex offers luxury in the popular Village of Baytowne Wharf, a one stop destination that has everything you need for a stellar trip! Restaurants, Shopping, Marina, Golf, Beautiful Resort Pool, hot tub and fishing all within walking distance! Beach is just 3 miles away and a quick drive or tram ride where you can enjoy the world famous Beaches of the Emerald Coast and beautiful Sandestin resort.

The space Unit 248 is 2 story condo with entrance on the 2nd floor of the complex accessible by stairs. This bayside gem offers 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths making this an ideal space for small families or friend groups looking to enjoy the Gulf sun.

This home will accommodate up to 8 guests utilizing the full sleeper sofa (2) and the Aero bed (2).

The main living space features an open concept floor plan, stylish brick flooring, and high-end furnishings. The kitchen is decorated beautifully, a breakfast bar that seats 5, and all the appliances and utensils you need to cook up a fabulous meal. Eat here or use the 6-person dining table. This space leads to the living area with comfortable seating, queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. However, you'll be drawn to the private wrap-around balcony and the 6 French doors that open to a view of the community courtyard!

Upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms with private baths in both rooms. Both bathrooms feature high-end fixtures, beautiful décor, and walk-in tiled showers for a spa-like experience. The master features a king bed with desk for anyone choosing to work from home from the Emerald Coast. The guest bedroom features a King bed and sitting area for nightly reading and slow mornings.

When you're ready to explore the area, walk downstairs into the heart of the Village. Just steps from your rental door, you'll find food options for all occasions, an adventure park for the kids, shopping boutiques, and so much more! However, we know the real reason you're coming to the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort®—the beach! Jump on the resort tram and enjoy the beauty of the sugar-white sands everyone's been talking about. There is also a private community pool when you want to clock some extra hours in the sun!

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout!
