LARGEST 2 bedroom/2 bath at MARKET STREET INN on the top floor! This is a unique large condo (1278 sq. ft.) with two balconies. Our condo is completely updated and decorated in the latest coastal style and has views of BOTH the tropical swimming pool and Baytowne Wharf. This is a very rare find in Sandestin Resort. The open living area features driftwood tile floors and balcony access with a view of Baytowne Wharf. An updated kitchen with quartz counter tops, beautiful back splash, stainless appliances and a breakfast bar which adjoins the dining area. The spacious master bedroom suite offers a private balcony with views of the tropical swimming pool and is complete with an adjoining master bath featuring an updated large shower. The roomy second bedroom includes two double beds, large dresser, ample closet space and an attached bathroom which includes a large shower/tub combo. Both bedrooms have large, updated flat screen tv’s. Rental now includes 6 passenger Golf Cart!

Clean, amazing pool and amenities just steps from the room. Felt very private but still close to everything. The beach was just a golf cart ride away. So much to do that we didnt get to do it all but definitely had a blast!

Speaking of which, the golf cart was a total game-changer — it made getting to the beach super easy!The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth from start to finish. Convenient to pool and shops, but not the beach

PROS: Nice condo, close to dining, shops and pool. Pool was spacious, nice and not too crowded. CONS: Beach was hard to get to on tram. We ended up giving up one day altogether because it took so long both ways. I wish it was in the email that you would not be able to get in even one min early. We waited 15 mins outside the door to get in the condo. I understand not arriving too early, but no grace period at all. I never had this issue with other rentals.

Spacious!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms are huge and the unit was perfect for us. It was nice being so close to shops and restaurants. And the beach is a short tram ride away. The pool is really nice as well. I also really enjoyed jogging around the whole community on the great walking trails. All in all the vacation was a success!

Owners were amazing and communicated immediately when I had a question. The condo was very clean and well appointed. Loved having two full-size beds in the guestroom. Steps to Baytowne wharf and the Baytowne convention center. Overall great experience!

The location of the property was great was able to see the bay from the balcony. The interior was clean and neat, king bed was very comfortable. The only issue was that there where eggs still left in the fridge and the were expired and there were left behind items in the master bedroom bathroom vanity
