Family of 7 stayed for a week! Host was very friendly and helpful. Pool n hot tub are excellent. Location was quiet n private. Definitely would stay again!

My wife and I loved the home! Very spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were a huge extra that we thoroughly enjoyed!Very convenient to all amenities in Fountain Hills Homeowner was very attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend! We hope to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Fountain Hills! We've been to Scottsdale several times but wanted something more spacious, and this home absolutely delivered. It was clean, beautifully landscaped, and had everything we needed.We especially loved the outdoor space. The pool was the perfect temperature (like getting into a warm bath!), and the hot tub was nice and hot. One thing to know is that they share a heater, so you'll need to coordinate with the host as to which you'd like heated. We had the hot tub running in the morning and again in the evening, which worked perfectly.As a parent, I appreciated the extra security locks on the two bedroom doors leading to the backyard. They can only be opened from the inside, which gave me complete peace of mind with the kids.There were so many thoughtful touches, including welcome snacks, pool floats, coolers in multiple sizes, and a large TV on the patio. We loved being able to spend so much time outdoors!The host was incredibly responsive, answering our questions almost immediately and checking in after arrival to make sure everything went smoothly.We would stay here again in a heartbeat! My husband still can't stop talking about what a great house it was. Highly recommend!

Very responsive host. Place was as presented. Clean and pool area was fantastic. Watched March madness from the patio on large outdoor TV. Great time!

Communication was EXCELLENT!!!!! Every detail was taken care of and quickly. Home was as described. Neighborhood is quiet and very nice. Plenty to do near by. Very clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend if staying in this area.

Location was perfect for our needs. The views from the backyard were our favorite for photos and watching the sunsets. The host was quick with messages and even accommodated hot tub and pool heating schedule last minute. Nice neighborhood with little traffic, safe area for a daytime walk. Unfortunately check-in was a delay due to cleaners still at the house 30 minutes after stated time. The cleaners lacked in the master bathroom. There was only 2 body towels in the master and the one sink wouldn’t drain for me. Could use a new blow dryer. The kitchen had very basic options, we made do but did have to run to Target for a few items. No dish towels provided in the kitchen for washing dishes and some dishes were dirty so we did wash dishes before using. Wood patio set had seen better days so we only used the metal chairs under covered patio. The mini golf was not usable and a disappointment. Pool and hot tub run on one system so you can’t have both heating at the same time, something to consider if booking in the winter months. There was no good place to hang wet pool towels or swimsuits. Almost all the landscaping solar lights were broke/damaged.

Amazing sunrises!

This house is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and well organized. The owner was always available and quick to respond to our questions. Pool gets sun all day, which we loved and the covered patio was great for when you need a break from the sun. We will definitely stay here again.

Trip of Rejuvenation

This was a beautiful home that shared an amazing skyline and quiet nights! Our hosts communicated quickly when we had questions. My kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub with the desert sky! Just what we needed from a cold WI!

Great Getaway!

We had an amazing week at this property. Property Manager was easy to contact and responded quickly. House was clean. Loved the hot tub, pool and waterfall. The TV on the back patio was awesome. We ate meals there and was able to watch the morning news and sporting events. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet while sleeping. Close to town and hiking. Loved this house! Definitely a recommend.

From the moment we booked, Trent, the owner, was exceptional in his communication—he promptly answered all our questions and ensured our stay was nothing short of amazing.Upon arrival, we were greeted by a breathtaking view of the pool and the stunning desert landscape. Thoughtful touches, like snacks at the front door, made us feel instantly welcome. The property itself was pristine, fully upgraded, and stocked with all the home-away-from-home necessities. Every detail was carefully considered, making our stay truly unforgettable.We highly recommend this beautiful retreat and can’t wait to return!

This home was perfect! Very clean, located in a beautiful private setting, with everything you could possibly need or want! Pool & back patio was where we spent most of our time & the views of the desert and mountains are amazing! The patio even has a tv, which was great in the evenings!Location is great, very easy to get around!Host was friendly & very quick to respond. Check-in was simple. Highly recommend this property!

We had an awesome stay. Trent was extremely responsive (even on a holiday weekend). He was very accommodating and responded super quickly. The property and area was extremely nice and very well kept. The outdoor area is awesome. We would definitely come back!
