Great experience overall staying at the Boardwalk. Other than having a little elevator trouble, it was very nice and the view was awesome. I’d stay here again.

Checking in was very smooth after I filled out the necessary documents online first. The staff was very friendly and hospitable!! The bed sheets very dandy with hair in them and the pillow case when we arrived in one room. The other room was way smaller than it looked on picture no room to walk was basically a closet with a bed. But with no closet or space to put your bags so they were kept in the living area which wasn’t expected. The kitchen did not have a lot to cook with. We actually went and bought our own set to have enough and make do. And had to but plastic plates, cups and cutlery bc there was not a lot to use. We did love the parking! It was great and easy. The elevators did scare us a few times. But we did not get stuck so that is a plus!! We came the week before Labor Day and it was perfect!

Issues:Sand in beds first night,Hole in wall beside back door,Sink in master bathroom does not drain,Blood on fold out cabinet mattress cover and no bedding for this bed,Master bedroom doorknob broken,Large tub sand in it and multiple hairs knobs broken,No dishes if I wanted to cook there’s hardly any utensils and dishes,No starter items except a tiny bottle of generic dish liquid and pk powder for dishwasher,Beds extremely uncomfortable, like sleeping on wood planks,Dryer has to run at least 3 cycles to dry, had to dry every towel outside on chairs,Not maintained well,Chairs on back porch broken,Light has f*** you carved in it,Only fan in small bedroom broken, no air circulation in this room,Master bathroom trim rotted,Curtains very dirty,not enough towels or washcloths for amount of ppl there,No extra pillows or linens for fold out bed,Elevator stuck multiple times,Tv screen damage to bottom of screen,Roach on floor,

Family vacation

Stay was fantastic. A couple of condo issues - tv in king bedroom did not work, couch could be updated, and sliding glass door had a film on it (came and took pictures right away). We stayed for 7 nights and had a great time. Great location, steps from ocean, nice beach hut restaurant/bar.

Very clean and right on the beach! The bar onsite had great food and the corner market had nice snacks and quick things to pick up. We stayed with my mother/father in law, sister/brother in law , my husband, 16 year old son and 5 year old son. We all enjoyed our time. Pool rules were definitely different depending on who was working but still great time and everyone was super nice and helpful.

The Boardwalk is always one of our favorite stays. Elevators work great, beach is never overly crowded. My only complaint is on our last night someone thru a soda can from their balcony & we were eating down at the bar and grill and that really shook us and scared us and unlocked a new fear. Other than that, everything was great!

Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful place to stay in PCB! The condo has plenty of room and the location is perfect! The pool and hot tub area is great as well as access to the beautiful beach! We will definitely stay here again.

COMFORTABLE VACATION

We had a great time at the condo. The condo was clean (except for having to wash the sheets on the pullout bed in the extra room), and all appliances worked well. The location is GREAT! Friendly security staff. Wonderful pool and outdoor mini restaurant. Elevators were fast so we didn’t have to do a lot of waiting.

The dishwasher didn’t work while we were there. As a Vrbo Owner, I understand things happen and a part had to be ordered. We enjoyed our stay.

I'm so sorry I hate to leave such a review but this place was terrible. Not clean. Needs work. Very uncomfortable furniture. I really hate it because we've stayed at boardwalk before but it was right when it was first built and brand new. This condo needs an update or just a refresher and a deep cleaning. Sorry

Perfect vacation home

This condo/pent house was absolutely stunning. There was enough room for everybody and nobody was stepping on top of one another. We had a group of 4 adults 2 teenagers and 2 children and the entire place was beautiful. There was enough amenities for everybody to use complete with washer and dryer so that we could keep all of our clothes clean and return home with clean clothes it. Came fully stocked with dishes as well as toys in the closet for the kids to play with beach chairs so we didn't have to buy any. This place was above and beyond our expectations.

Panama City beach condo

Everything was great but the only complaint I have is cleaning. When we checked in we found trident gum wrappers all over the condo which questioned the cleanliness of the condo with our group. Also red wine cup ring on one of the bath tubs. Cleaning crew could have done better. For the cleaning fee we were charged at booking I would expect the whole place to be clean even with the short turnaround time. Location and set up were great. Enjoyed our trip and stay. When I had questions property management was quick to respond.

Penthouse

Far from penthouse! Kitchen only had 3 spoons. Very little useful in kitchen, not even cutting board! Needs some TLC! Should be stocked for # people staying, not near enough towels. Also asked for assistance with safes to no avail. Trying to be responsible for valuables isn’t possible without safes!

Review

The place was dirty. A lot of things were broken like the door the lamp the knob to the tub and AC in the lock out room worked half the time. The kids were not allow to pass a ball in the pool or splash. The kids couldn’t have fun in the pool the work out room was for owners only. The ice machine didn’t work and die the money we had paid with all these things. Very very disappointing. I would not recommend anyone to go there.
