This place was a dump the owner was not very cooperative and refused my refund after just me and my daughter stayed for just 45 minutes. After I complained about a foul smell coming from the back of the house, also owner refused to get snow removed from walkway and stairs, I am a US disabled veteran and had to have to climb snow covered stairs and walk way. I texted the owner and informed him and was told that the management company had not shoved the snow and how they were supposed to do it and not him. I told him that I was and am a disabled vet and he had no remorse for me or my daughter. I wish him and his family well and I hope no one uses his property.

Hieberto is just a total liar, His son booked the place but he wanted a 2 bedroom that was NOT my fault. We got hammered with a snowstorm I couldn't get down to clear the stairs because the roads weren't passable, He said HE cleared the stairs but turns out a neighbor did. BUT was pissed his son didn't book a 2 bedroom and is trying to blame that on me. He never cancelled the reservation and kept the place blocked for his entire stay. He NEVER complained of a smell only it wasn't 2 bedrooms. a pathetic liar!

Outside looks a little aged, however inside was very nice. Just need more lights in living room as lamp didn’t work even after putting new light bulb in. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice. Certainly would stay again . Perfect location to downtown

Decent spot close to coliseum

My 8 year old daughter and I stayed while in town for a concert. Upon arrival, we were a little uncomfortable with the look of the outside of the property. Once we were inside, we did notice that the windows were open, blinds were broken and there was a piece of pizza in the microwave haha. Neighbors were really loud as well. The rest of the place was just okay but the bed was comfy.

Buyer Beware!

The owner misrepresented the apartment. Photos were not accurate either. The property was very tired looking, in much need of repair and could use a thorough cleaning. Window sills and baseboards were filthy, rugs and floors filled with with crumbs and dirt particles. The area is not safe either. There was an attempted break in with my car. I left the property after just one night. The iwner promised to reimburse me for the other nights i paid for, but never did. I had to file a dispute with my credit card.

I told Louis I would refund once the reservation was cancelled unit was and able to be booked again. That never happened. they complained there was no soap or shampoo even though they had used the supplies provided. This guest is so off base its laughable! I personally had vacuumed the unit and they contested the varacity of the vacuum! people like this live to complain! pathetic

Very bad experience

When I booked with the host initially (at another room on their property), they seemed welcoming & accommodating but when a FORSEEN power outage occurred& my VACATION STAY was interrupted, causing interference with my work load & more, the host's true colors came out. This host has a very nasty demeanor, violent even, & combative. Dishonest and very highly unprofessional. This person is potentially dangerous, he initiated contact with me via phone and hung up as I asked about the policy for when power outages occur and also asked about the use of generators. He went on to compare me to others in the building which more than likely are tenants as opposed to vacation rental guests. He also initiated contact by coming to the door of the room I was in and tried intimidating me (which is why I described as dangerous)and stated "once you're off the property" in response to me asking him to process my refund. This was a very bad experience, I have included photos of the leaning power line pole that I noticed on May 17 2025 when I stayed at the first room, no power outage occurred during this stay, this was a foreseen event that could have been planned better for so that guests would not be without power as the outage didn't occur until May 22 2025. I would not recommend anyone to book with this host unless you want to be deceived, harassed and dang near attacked. Property was no longer fit for purpose according to VRBO's policy, I could no longer utilize the amenities.

Latoya is the type of person that expects everyone jump when she snaps her finger The property experienced a power outage In her mind she predicted it (WOW whatta prognosticator!) she insisted that I have a generator which I explained I didn't have and then she became ridiculously worked up. This woman has Serious issues! Happy to see her leave and NOT come back!
