The location was nice and it was quiet. The bed was comfortable, but that is where it ends. The unit was dirty, the oven door, outside, and sink and stovetop didn't look like they had been cleaned in months. The bathroom was also not very clean and the fixtures literally moved in the wall. The living room had horrible furniture covered with fabric covers and there was no light. The only thing that matched the rental photo is the blue bed and tan walls.

The space is obviously an old apartment made into a rental which is great - old buildings are never perfect. But Unit E was not clean and not like the pictures. The bathroom had not been deep cleaned for a long time, the hood under the microwave was covered in grease, many walls needed to be wiped down, the freezer was clearly not cleaned for a while, and many surfaces had not been wiped well. The mattress was the one of the worst I have every slept on - very soft and seemed to have depressions from being so old. To make matters worse, I left with flea bites all over my ankles. Do not recommend unless they get a better cleaning service.

Very few amenities. The bed was small and not too comfortable. The apartment needs to be upgraded (paint, better couch, better mattress. Communication with management was excellent!

Visiting family

I had a great stay while in North Carolina. Coming back to the room every night felt comfortable, like I was coming back to my own home. Very quiet stay, very quiet neighborhood and no complaints. I would gladly stay there again.

No way…No stay

The place looked nothing like the pictures…which is sometimes ok but the place was filthy. We walked in & walked out. We never stayed because we all agreed it was terrible conditions but no worries if it happens to you…you get a whopping 30 back for no where to stay:( I can’t believe that we had to drive 300 miles home after the show (but that’s how bad the place was) seriously beware!

Greensboro gem

Proximity to train station was a plus. Close enough to downtown to reach by foot. Rooms were clean and firnishings were nice.

Would stay again due to location.

I could tell an effort was made but a deep clean on baseboards and blind slats would’ve been appreciated. Fresh bedding, clean bathroom. Excellent location in a safe neighborhood. Good price!

Good for the price

The room was cute and clean. The plumbing in the bathroom was needing to be replaced but was functional. Overall it was fine for the couple of nights I was there..
