My apartment is located in the heart of the capital, in a central and lively neighborhood, halfway between the Opéra Garnier, the department stores (Galeries Lafayette), and Place de la République. It's the perfect place for a successful Parisian stay with family or friends.

- Living room with 2 double sofa beds

- Wifi, connected television

- A fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, hotplates, microwave, oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine) and a dining area with a large dining table

- 3 bedrooms with queen size bed and shower room

- 1 bathroom with WC (one of the bedrooms has a desk)

- 1 independent toilet

- 1 large basement with ping pong table, table football, and television screen for entertainment



The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.
