Great location with many restaurants 5 minutes or less walk away with one 2 hatted restaurant literally across the road and 30metres walk! So much choice. Many attractions/tourist must dos within easy access to metro or walk. Quiet location, no street noise, older style but there were 3 adults & 3 teens so each had bedroom and bathroom - big plus!Host was very helpful and very quick to respond to any queries. Good kitchen but we ate out so didn’t test the oven.Would I stay again? YES.Thanks Ed

We had a great time in the courtyard apartment. The neighborhood was lively (but the building quiet) with great pastries and restaurants nearby. The apartment was comfortable and accomodated our large party. Excellent A/C in the main room and some of the bedrooms. Would be great to have coolingin all bedrooms. Still would highly recomend.

We were 3 families totaling 10 people and needed 5 bedrooms. The place met the need quite well. We also wanted to be able to relax in the mornings and evenings and feed kids. Again, it met our needs. Eduard is very responsive. Being on one floor was a plus.

This was a terrific property for a large group. Lots of comfy beds, bathrooms and linens. The kitchen was well appointed and there was coffee and tea available for us. The heat wormed well during our cooler stay. On a quiet courtyard and close to the metro and walkable to Notre Dame, the location is great. Eduard was easy to communicate with and got back to me immediately.

This is an amazing property. We spent 3 nights there and it is centrally located, but in a quiet neighborhood (unless you're there on the night the Knicks win the championship! ). The apartment was clean and comfortable. Eduard was very responsive to emails and fixed a problem quickly. I would definitely rebook if I go back to Paris. 5 stars all the way!

Location was amazing. Plenty of space for an extended family of 9 to sleep and spread out. Close to groceries, bakeries, restaurants,Public transportation, and sightseeing. Communication with the host was always timely and helpful. Would definitely come back and recommend it to those with larger groups who want a good location with which to explore the city.

We absolutely loved the location and the privacy of this place. It was a close walk to so many great restaurants and sites. Tons of space and beds for our entire family. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
