A good budget-friendly option for a concert weekend in Philly and a short drive into the city. The place was nice for the area, but the listing photos were a bit misleading. The couch was different than pictured, and many of the photos didn't accurately show the overall condition of the space. The living room A/C did not cool the area at all, which made it uncomfortable to spend time outside of the bedrooms. There were also a few cleanliness issues that could be improved. If you're a light sleeper, be aware that the trolley runs throughout the night and its horn will likely wake you up a few times. Overall good experience.

Nice small cozy apartment

Was traveling for the weekend with my children and this place was the perfect size. The host was even generous enough to leave me birthday balloons. I would definitely stay there again when I come back.

Aside from the noisy train, it was a great stay! Cozy, spacious apartment. Nice décor. Muslim friendly. Great Wi-Fi. Thanks for making me feel at home away from home.

Kathleen was an amazing guest. I often do not get the chance to meet my guest but I had the chance to meet her family. Great people!! I100 percent recommend her to any host. Also, Clean is an understatement! She informed me I was running out of cleaning supplies and needed more!! 😊😊

Good trip few concerns

This location may not seem desirable but it was a very safe place. Short trip from the airport which was helpful. A few minor things need to be repaired and maintained but otherwise I would stay here again

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. Was glad I did not have to parallel park. Parking was right next to the apt and loved the easy way to get in and out of the apt.

The apartment was very spacious and is was neat and clean. It was very close to my family, it is a 2 minute walk to a Trolley that goes to city hall Philly. I most certainly will be booking this unit again.

The host was amazing! He quickly responded and fixed an issue we had with the water. He restocked our coffee and water without being asked. He checked in with us to see if we needed additional towels. He was a pleasure to rent from!

Decent place to stay. Clean. Great host. Area was not ideal, but we made it work for a couple of nights. There is a bar across the street and it got a little roudy Saturday night and there were cops and an ambulance called; Not sure the situation. Train comes through every few hours right by house which was slightly annoying and scary when you're asleep.
