The Space:

The main house is centered around a bright and spacious living area, featuring a lounge and dining room with a large table accommodating up to 10 guests, as well as a comfortable TV area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an American-style fridge, dishwasher, two coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), and ceramic cooktops with an integrated hood. Everything has been designed to comfortably host up to 10 people.

The ground floor also includes a master suite with its own shower room, allowing for comfortable single-level living.

Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom, offering a practical and well-balanced layout for family living. Two separate toilets provide additional convenience.

Outside, the villa offers a true relaxation space with a swimming pool, a 6-person jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, and a very large garden. The outdoor setup is ideal for enjoying sunny days, with a dining area, sun loungers, and a barbecue space.

The property benefits from 3 private parking spaces, a rare and highly sought-after feature.

Guest Access:

Private and secure villa. Check-in is carried out in person with a personal key handover and a property walkthrough upon arrival. Please provide your arrival time as early as possible to ensure a smooth and welcoming check-in experience.

• You will receive a message 2 days before your arrival to complete your check-in

• At that time, you will be able to register your bank card for the deposit

• If we are unable to secure the deposit, access to the accommodation will not be granted



Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for €15 per stay. The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot, not with an additional thick mattress. Baby bed linen is not provided.

Early check-in or late check-out: possible only subject to availability, with an extra charge of €40. Late arrival after 11:00 p.m.: €40 extra charge only if an in-person check-in is required. If the late arrival after 11:00 p.m.
