This unique contemporary architect villa decorated with taste can accommodate up to 10 people for a family stay near the beaches of Rochelongue (450 meters).

The heated swimming pool and the American SPA invites you to stroll with its magnificent garden planted with flowers and several varieties of palms and exotic plants.

Enjoy the covered terrace with its large table for 10 people and its barbecue Weber.

Great property

Wonderful house, great hosts. All guest needs were fully anticipated. The heated pool was lovely in late September when the temperature was dropping. Location great for visiting Nimes, Montpellier, Narbonne etc. Beach also nearby and excellent restaurant (Les Vagues).

Superb villa with a great pool and lovely hosts. A really clean and modern space with fantastic facilities and everything you need in the kitchen. Ten minutes walk to lovely beaches.

Wonderfull stay

Super friendly and helpfull hosts. We we’re greated with two bottles of very tasty wine and the Host Chantal was super friendly and helpful. The villa is as beautiful as advertised and we did enjoy the heated pool and whirlpool. Even though the temperature outside at the end of march wasn’t over 20C, we could spend a lot of time in the pool since it was nice and warm. We we‘re 2 families with 3 kids and we had plenty of space. The children loved it and we enjoyed our stay. Agde was nice, but very quiet (outside of season). We enjoy our stay. Thanks Chantal

Outstanding in Property in Every Way

I cannot say enough great things about this absolutely gorgeous property. I have never had such an experience at a Vrbo home before. The pictures do not do it justice. This is a beautiful home in a large private property. It is more like a private resort with a pool and fully landscaped grounds. The aesthetics of this home shows the care that the owners put into their selection of furnishings and general decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance and gadget you can imagine. While all of this is wonderful, I want to thank Chantal who is a wonderful host. Our family has a 1 year old and imagine our surprise to find Chantal not just provided a crib and high chair but set up a playpen fully stocked with toys for Elie. I recommend this property if you want an experience that is luxurious, like your own private resort!

This is by far the best holiday rental we have ever stayed in. The photos are fantastic but the reality is even better. Our party comprised 5 adults and 2 aged 5 & 2. Suffice to say the children would have been happy to stay at the property all day, every day - the pool was a great hit and the toys provided by Chantal gave lots of enjoyment too. The house is architecturally stunning and beautifully and stylishly decorated. The kitchen was superb with every appliance and utensil you could possibly need and there is an abundance of cutlery, glasses, plates and dishes. Chantal and her husband have thought of absolutely everything! Even a stroller!! The bedrooms are appointed in such a way that we all had privacy while my daughter and son in law & children had two adjacent rooms. It was perfect! The property is about a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach and about 20 to the little shopping mall with shops (inc a Spar & boulangeries), bars, restaurants, bike hire et al. The restaurants were all child-friendly. We didn’t hire a car and managed really well with taxis from & to the airport and the local bus service to the Hyper U & the Port. We even managed a day trip to Sète by bus and train - it was well worth the visit. The children enjoyed Pirates World - a short walk from the house. To summarise, Chantal and her husband are excellent hosts who are really attentive and who clearly care about their guests. Book it!! It’s wonderful!

Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool und Whirlpool waren angenehm beheizt. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Strand- und Pooltücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Am Kühlschrank konnte man gekühltes Wasser zapfen. Filter- und Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine standen zur Verfügung.

Sehr schönes Haus, 1,5 km vom Strand entfernt

Die Einrichtung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Betten waren bezogen und es gab sogar Handtücher für den Poolbereich und für den Strand. Die Lage ist ruhig und eher 1,5 km vom Strand entfernt. Der Strand ist sehr schön und hat direkt eine Beachbar mit Restaurant zu bieten. Wir waren dort mit 3 Generationen und alle hatten ihren eigenen Bereich mit Bad und Toilette. Die Aufteilung der Räume war perfekt. In jedem Raum gibt es eine Klimaanlage, was zu den Temperaturen über 30 Grad perfekt ist. Ein Lidl (auch Sonntags geöffnet) und ein Hyper U sind mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.

Nous venons de passer une semaine en tout point exceptionnelle. La maison est splendide, décorée avec goût. tout est fait pour passer une semaine de rêve. L'accueil qui nous a été réservé a été au-delà de tout ce qu'on aurait pu espérer. Beautiful Villa

Villa Paloma is a wonderful property in Cap d’agde. For a family or group of friends. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home- which was helpful during our stay since many restaurants were closed after the summer season. Chantal was a wonderful and generous host. She was extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants and tourist experiences in other nearby towns. We highly recommend this property for any trip to Agde. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Atemberaubende Villa in Strandnähe

Wir haben zu siebt - 4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (12 und 14) und Hund - zwei Wochen in dieser super Villa verbracht. Im Haus hat es alles was man braucht: voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage(n), bequeme Betten, genügend Platz usw. Der Pool war beheizt und das Jaccuzzi haben wir auch täglich benutzt. Der Empfang und die Verabschiedung waren herzlich und absolut unkompliziert. Zu Fuss ist man in rund 10 Minuten an einem wunderschönen Sandstrand. Wir können die Villa mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Besten Dank Chantal!
