Ideal for families or groups of up to 6 to 8 guests, the property sits on a generous 1,000 m² fully fenced garden, providing privacy and a relaxed atmosphere throughout your stay.

Inside, the house features three comfortable bedrooms designed for restful nights. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200). The second bedroom includes two double beds (160x200), providing generous sleeping space. The third bedroom offers two single beds (80x190), ideal for children or friends. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The living room is air-conditioned and heated, ensuring comfort in every season, and includes a cozy fireplace for cooler evenings. You will also find a travel cot available for younger guests, making it a practical choice for families.

The living spaces are bright and welcoming, with a large lounge area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen designed for shared meals and easy living. High-speed Wi-Fi (309 Mbps) is available throughout the property, ideal for remote work or streaming. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm
