Wonderful stay with a beautiful view!We had a wonderful experience at this condo and would absolutely stay here again. The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential items we needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the lazy river was absolutely beautiful and made mornings and evenings especially relaxing.Even though the condo is located on the bay, getting to the beach was incredibly easy thanks to the convenient skywalk access. It gave us the best of both worlds—peaceful bay views and quick access to the beach whenever we wanted.The entire stay was smooth, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, well-stocked place with stunning scenery and easy beach access!

This is the most I’ve ever paid for a VRBO per night. We’ve stayed in some pretty nice places over the years. We chose this one because the several of our team members were staying at the same resort. The whole place was very outdated. Scuffs and little blemishes all over the walls. The couch was old, the bunk bed was so creaky my kids couldn’t sleep. We ended up putting towels around it to make it somewhat quieter. The bedrooms had no storage for clothes besides a few hangers in the closet. Overall, it was fine, but for the price I expected something nicer.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the dehumidifier in the room to reduce humidity and assist with comfort.We really enjoyed the lazy river, pool access and spas. The beach was a moderate walk but having access to the skybridge was ideal. The only con was one working elevator during our stay. This isn’t the fault of the rental company, but should be fixed due to the amount of usage of the elevator for room access. Luckily there was quick access to staircase right by the room door. This made it easy for departing or going to/from lazy river/pools. Luggage, not so much. Adequate carts available for moving luggage also. Thanks for a great vacation!

Lazy river days and easy skybridge access to the sand are what coastal getaways are all about! While single-elevator wait times during building maintenance are never ideal, we are so glad the room's comfort, space, and nearby stairways made for a great stay overall. Stay at Destin West and Bay Resort condo

Great location close to beach and Destin. Great pools, clean, quiet, everyone slept really well and property manager was very quick to respond to any queries.

If you are looking for a place for family fun, look no further. Plenty of things to do close by with great amenities on property. This unit provides a great view and is very clean. No doubt, you will enjoy your trip!

Older facility, but was great for just a quick getaway for a few days. Lazy river was great.

Property has it all

Loved that we could access beach and bayside from our property. Get your groceries and supplies and stay in! Driving anywhere is bumper to bumper traffic.

Nice, clean and comfortable

We loved our stay @ Destin West. It was an easy walk to the beach and the pool area was very clean and well kept. Kitchen was well stocked. I would stay there again in the future. Thank you!

Clean with a great view

We enjoyed our stay in this condo, it was very clean with a great layout, my wife and I along with our son and his girlfriend had plenty of room and privacy. The balcony overlooking the lazy river provides a great view of the well manicured and maintained grounds and river itself, the parking was convenient too. We would stay here again.

Destin West is the best !

Very comfortable unit. Enjoyed using the cart to go to the beach. Outdoor furniture was supposedly on order. Overall enjoyable experience.

Beautiful and Comfortable Condo

We had a great time in the FWB/Destin area. Lyndsay was very prompt with communication, and the condo was great. It was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. We always enjoy staying at the San Destin. We relaxed in the lazy river and easily walked across the skywalk to the beach. Our teenagers appreciated the TVs at the end of each of their bunks. Would definitely recommend this condo and stay again.

Great location !!!

I recently visited a resort that had a great location, perfect for families with younger children. The amenities and activities available were excellent, but the real highlight was the lazy river. It was absolutely fantastic and provided endless fun and relaxation for both kids and adults. I can't recommend it enough! If you're looking for a fun-filled family getaway with a relaxing twist, I highly suggest checking out this place. I think you'll love it just as much as I did.

Needs some TLC

Beautiful facility. The unit itself needs a good cleaning and some repairs (master bedroom ceiling fan, garbage disposal, drain plugs in master bathroom).

Absolutely beautiful!

Booked this condo in an emergency situation where I had to stay in Florida after sending my family home. We stayed as a family in another condo in the same facility the week prior & this condo was absolutely stunning & so clean. They provided more than enough basic necessities like laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, way more than the previous unit we had stayed in as a family. They also went above & beyond to get me in prior to check in time, bc I was kinda homeless on a rainy day between checking out of previous unit & checking in . 5 stars plus.

Spring Break

We were very impressed with how well the entire complex was kept up, especially with so many people staying during this time. The hallways, elevators, and pool areas were all kept clean. We normally stay beachside but decided to stay bayside for a different view this time and we’re so glad we did! This condo was very clean, updated, tastefully decorated with great views of the bay and pool/ lazy river. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. (2 adults, 2 teens) We knew several others that stayed in different units on the property and whenever they’d walk in ours they raved about how nice it was! We definitely recommend this unit. Also the property Manager Madison was extremely friendly and had great communication!!
