Outside, you will enjoy a lovely enclosed garden, ideal for letting children play outside with complete peace of mind. The garden furniture and barbecue will allow you to share good meals outdoors on fine days.



Inside, you will discover upon entry a welcoming living area comprising two comfortable sofas, a television and a decorative fireplace, bringing a warm atmosphere to the whole. Extending from this, the dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The independent, modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster and all the utensils you may need.



On the night side, the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: a Queen Size bed (160x200)

- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190)

- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90x190)



A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toilet as well as a separate toilet complete the accommodation.



Two private parking spaces are available directly on the property of the house. A bicycle shelter is also at your disposal, where you can store up to 6 bicycles.



For added convenience, the accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
