Enjoy beautiful sunny days and evenings on the terrace with a wonderful mountain view. From the bedrooms you can access the balcony with a fantastic view of the Zugspitze massif.
On the ground floor there is a typical Bavarian living room with a tiled stove for cold winter days, a corner couch, a large dining table and a flat screen.
The kitchen is well equipped (oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.) and has another cozy dining area for meals together.
In the 1st On the first floor is the large bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.
You will find a separate toilet on the ground floor.

Schönes Haus mit Charme in ruhiger Lage, aber trotzdem zentral. Supermarkt und Bäckerei fußläufig erreichbar. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge und Wandertouren. Unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Vermieter-Familie. Wir werden bestimmt wieder nach Garmisch reisen! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Unser Aufenthalt im Alspitzecho

Angenehme Woche dort verlebt. Das Haus vermittelt Geborgenheit. Die Küche hatte genügend Porzellan und Topfe für uns alle. Die Wirtsleute unaufdringlich. Kontakt hat auch per Whatsapp geklappt. Optimal für unsere Aktivitäten. Kein Problem für 6-7 Leute. Wir konnten sogar Besuch im Urlaub empfangen. Fahrräder durften wir in der Garage der Wirtsleute abstellen. Herzlichen Dank! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sowohl für Familien als auch kleine Gruppen perfekt.

Wir waren 6 Jungs (Anfang 20) und haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus von Familie Ostler gehabt. Das Ferienhaus hat eine perfekte Lage. Supermärkte und Getränkemarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, genau wie die Innenstadt und zahlreiche Wanderrouten. Das Ferienhaus hat einen sehr urigen Stil und bietet viel Platz vor Allem in Küche und Wohnzimmer. Auch die Kommunikation mit Familie Ostler war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub und auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

An amazing winter wounder land House, Ein erstaunliches Winterwunderlandhaus

This house is amazing, the owners are a great family typically of Bavaria. Nothing is a problem. The location is perfect for the Town and Ski Slopes. The House is very warm and comfortable, with a great inventory. To me and my family this is a dream Villa set in a dream location. Mike Dieses Haus ist unglaublich, die Besitzer sind eine großartige Familie, typisch für Bayern. Nichts ist ein Problem. Die Lage ist perfekt für die Stadt und Skipisten. Das Haus ist sehr warm und komfortabel, mit einem großen Inventar. Für mich und meine Familie ist dies eine Traumvilla an einem Traumort. Mike

Lovely, comfortable house in quiet neighborhood.

Loved staying here. Plenty of room for 5-6 adults, nice kitchen, large !living room. 11/2 bath , also with sink in one of the spacious bedrooms upstairs, nice views from deck and upstairs balcony. Very nice quiet residential street, two grocery stores and bakery very close and within walking distance to Garmisch center. Hosts are friendly, gave us warm welcome, met us promptly at the house upon arrival. Our first experience with VRBO was very positive. . Would definitely stay here again.
