Entire Home in an Oasis in The Desert
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE 2 CATS THAT YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE CARE OF. SO CRITICAL THAT YOU ARE NOT ALLERGIC TO CATS AND CAN TAKE CARE OF THEM.
This is a listing of our entire 2 bedroom 2 bath house. We are looking for winter rental for March, April or May for a minimum of 30 days. Sleeps 4 people.
Our home is built in a mid-century modern style and has a combined living room, kitchen, and dining room all brightly lit by wall to wall glass windows and doors, with an outdoor patio extending the full length of the windows. It is in a compound with 20 other homes surrounding a football-size shared backyard, which includes a swimming pool, basketball hoop, volleyball court and grapefruit trees (feel free to pick). Our home is at the top of the compound and has an excellent view of the shared yard/pool and the mountains beyond.

We travel in Southeast Asia to places like Cambodia, Thailand, Bali, Korea or anywhere we can find to enjoy new experiences. We also met in Peru and enjoy South America and Europe. We are frequent travelers ourselves, usually enjoying two month-long trips per year. We have met lovely people on our trips and we often keep in touch via social media.
Why they chose this property
Indian Wells is 30 minutes from Palm Springs, 10 minutes from Rancho Mirage, and 5 minutes from Palm Desert. Our home is a ten minute walk from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. There are many amenities, such as shopping and dining, all within a 5 minute drive. Public transportation here is not great and you will need a car.
