ENCANTADOR CASITA.
Encantadora casita con cama queen size para dos personas. Completamente separado de la residencia principal. Ubicado detrás de puertas dobles dentro de un patio privado donde te esperan una sala de estar y una chimenea. Casita contiene un pequeño refrigerador, microondas y centro de bebidas de café para su placer y conveniencia. La unidad también cuenta con acceso gratuito a Internet, televisión de pantalla plana con canales premium gratuitos y calefacción y aire acondicionado controlados por separado para su comodidad. La propiedad se encuentra a SOLO 5 MINUTOS DE COACHELLA, STAGECOACH y DESERT TRIP FESTIVALS y se encuentra justo en el campo de golf. Baño privado totalmente equipado es también parte de la casita. El área está a solo minutos de todos los festivales por los que es conocido Indio. El festival Coachella, el festival Stagecoach, el tenis Indian Wells Parabas abierto y el festival Desert Trip más nuevo.
Además, hay numerosos restaurantes para comidas finas o informales, películas, tiendas y estamos a 10 minutos de 4 casinos diferentes. Tanto los juegos de azar como los excelentes espectáculos están disponibles en los casinos. Excellent accomodations

Clean and quiet casita with private outdoor sitting area. We enjoyed access to Suncity’s pool, fitness room, library, and billiard room. Susan is a wonderful host who was available when we needed her but otherwise respected our privacy. We will be back!

Great location for a couple visiting in Palm Springs

We booked this room for a week stay in February so we could enjoy a little of Palm Springs with our friends who live in the Indio area. Location is very quiet, safe, secure and backs onto an amazing golf course. There was a good sized clean bedroom and bathroom. The bed is firm and comfortable. Susan the owner was wonderful and very accommodating during our stay. We will return if it is available the next time we visit.

Cute casita in a gorgeous gated community

We had a lovely stay with Susan. She made sure we had what we needed for check in and was always available if needed. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is cute and equipped for light meals. We stayed almost 2 months and didn’t have any issues. The in-suite laundry was a treat! Thank you Susan for being a lovely host :)

Clean and upscale

The casita is in a very nice and quiet community. The pool and spa in the association are beautiful and a short drive from the casita. This VBRO is best if you are really looking for a quiet place to sleep. It is a bedroom and bathroom. The best way to describe it would be a Mother in Law quarters. It is perfect with a TV, bathroom, small frig, microwave, and hot plate. Great for heating up food, but don’t try to cook. We had an awesome stay while hiking and going to tennis tournament during the day. We highly recommend it!

Location good especially for Indian Wells tournament

The casita is functional in all regards. The property is on a quiet street in a gated community. We picked the location as it was close to Indian Wells for the tennis tournament. While the tourney was canceled we checked out the location and it would have been really convenient for the tournament. The pool area was good as well. The check in process was a bit of a hassle. We were only provided the house address so when we put that into our GPS it took us to an entrance that was only for residents. It took a while for us to find the main gate where we were let in. That address should have been provided in the check-in instructions. You also need to enter and exit through this one location which isn't ideal for where the house is located but it wasn't too much of a hassle. Our only complaint is that we were charged for the fact that the freezer in the small fridge in the room was frozen over. It was like that when we checked in but the owner would not believe us so she charged us for the handyman that came out to defrost it. There was so much freeze over in it that it should have been obvious to her that there is no way that could have occurred in the four nights/three days we were there. She also agreed to provide us with a bill for the service so we could verify the charge but she did not do that. I found this whole experience left a really bad impression on me and I cannot recommend this lodging as a place to stay. If you do, make sure you let her know about any little thing that she might decide is a chargeable offense against your deposit. Renter beware is what I have to say.

Palm Desert

Staying in this casita has been a delight. The accommodations were clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. I felt safe the entire time I was here and enjoyed having access to Internet as well as cable television. I would highly recommend this Casita to anyone wishing to stay in the Garage Palm Desert area. The price is very affordable and again, the accommodations are lovely.

Indian Wells tennis tourney stay!

Susan's casita was beautiful in every way! Perfect for our short term stay, and close to all the local spots! Susan thought of everything to make our stay perfect, and I felt that she was very accommodating if we had questions. We loved the view from the outdoor courtyard, as well as the offstreet parking option. The pool and community space was lovely, and we made good use of it. The golf course looked amazing but we never had time to golf! Highly recommend the casita, and we will definitely be back next year! Thanks Susan!

I stayed a month and found the casita pleasant and attractive. For someone staying that long, there was one thing that would haveadded to the experience, a comfortable chair for reading and tv watching. The size of the room prevented that.

Passed reviews said no kitchen, but I think she did add some supplies... toaster oven, mini fridge, microwave, plug in cook top with skillet IF you wanted to light cook. Place is small , but just fine for a couple or single person. We were there for Coachella and it was great because we could park right outside the property and catch a shuttle👍👍 You do have access to the gym and pool but as a guest of the property you can’t use the gym until noon everyday:( so we drove to 24 hour fitness that is close by. This is also a very quite, chill place(retiremint community). Which was great, but not if you are looking for something upbeat. Thanks Suzan! We will try to book again next year😁

Just What We Wanted!

We came for the Parabis Open. Most hotel rooms had raised their rates for the event. We were so happy to find this Casita. It is in a lovely gated golf community. It was an easy drive to the event and many restaurants and retail areas. After a full day, it was so nice to get back to our comfortable, cozy room. It had a nice spacious bathroom with good lighting,, soft towels and fragrant soaps. The bed had very soft sheets. There was a coffee pot and microwave, though we ate out. Susan was a pleasure to work with. I recommend this casita and I will be back!

Great little place as home base for sight seeing and hiking.

Lovely, secure place to stay if you are eating your meals out. We used the guest pass for the pool and the large exercise room. Neighborhood was wonderful for walks. Not large but clean and comfortable casita.

Very friendly and accommodating

Nice 1 bedroom 1 bath but no kitchen. It is probably my fault for not reading the description better but wasn't aware this house didn't have a kitchen and was in a retirement community. Despite that the place was great and Susan was the best part. Very nice and helpful. The amenities were great too.

Casita is the way to go!

This was the perfect place to stay for Stagecoach. I enjoyed the privacy of the casita. It was better than staying at a hotel. Susan was so friendly. I would recommend anyone to stay and look forward to coming again!

Coachella weekend

Absolutely loved this place. Very clean and very beautiful property. The neighborhood was exceptional and I would most def stay here again and recommend this to anyone.

Quiet, tranquil spot!

The listing and photos were an accurate representation of the room and grounds. The neighborhood is VERY quiet and peaceful. Loved the courtyard for morning coffee. Loved being so close to the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament. For most people, you'd need to drive to the pool area, as it was a good 20-minute walk -- but I loved walking it and enjoying the beautiful golf course views. Loved staying there!

Very nice

Enjoyed a week at this Casita. Great location and accommodations. We walked to clubhouse and used the pool and hot tub there in the evening.. Beautiful views of mountains and golf course. Owner was informative and very nice. We are golfers and hikers so we're out most days so ate meals elsewhere.
