This beautiful apartment in Toulouse is ideal for a stay with family or friends, offering a spacious and light-filled living environment. At 105 m², it provides a warm and inviting atmosphere where everyone will find their comfort.

Located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator, this true urban haven is distinguished by its magnificent and very large terrace, a rare find in the heart of the city, perfect for enjoying the fresh Toulouse air. As this is our personal residence, we rely on your kindness to take care of it and respect the property.

For sleeping, the apartment has three comfortable bedrooms to accommodate up to 6 guests.

The master bedroom features a large double bed (160x200 cm) for restful nights.

The two other bedrooms each have a double bed (140x200 cm), offering a cozy and intimate space for each guest.

For your convenience, linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is fully equipped so you won't want for anything. You'll find a functional bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and even a raclette grill for cozy evenings.

For your convenience, a washing machine, dryer, iron, and hairdryer are also provided.

Wi-Fi access is included to keep you connected, and you'll enjoy optimal comfort thanks to the air conditioning.

Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited inside (smoking is permitted only on the terrace).
