The EifelNatur holiday home is located in the idyllic volcanic Eifel town of Immerath, nestled between two marshes, the Immerather Maar and the Pulvermaar.
The house is located on the outskirts surrounded by green meadows and trees. The extensive property around the house with tall trees and seating in the green offers the ideal atmosphere to find peace and relaxation. Since the access road is a cul-de-sac without through traffic, the holiday property is also ideal for families with children who find plenty of space to play and run around.
A mountain bike route passes by in the immediate vicinity, the Maare-Mosel bike path is only about 4 km away. All around there are numerous paths for hiking or walking.
The house consists of 3 apartments (EifelNatur4, EifelNatur 5 and EifelNatur 6) and offers a total of 360 sqm on 2 ½ floors.
There are 9 bedrooms with 22 beds, 6 bathrooms mostly with showers and one with a bathtub.
Of the 3 living rooms, there is a very spacious living room on the upper floor with a large open kitchen and seating at the table for 22 people as a lounge for dining and together.
The terraces or the balcony with barbecue and garden seating invite you to linger and enjoy.
On the common terrace behind the house and the extensive grounds around the house there is a table tennis table and a children's playground with a swing and slide, a climbing root and seating.
In bad weather, the pool table, the foosball table or the sauna in the leisure room (also accessible to guests from the neighboring house) offers a lot of fun and variety. The apartment EifelNatur 5 in the house also has an electric fireplace for those cozy hours.

Wir haben als Gruppe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und verfügt über alle wichtigen Utensilien, so dass man auch gut für eine größere Gruppe kochen konnte. Der Gastgeber war super nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren hier mit 15 Freunden für eine Woche und das Haus war perfekt geeignet. Oben findet sich genügend Platz für alle; und wenn mal jemand seine Ruhe braucht oder eine weitere Küche, kann man einfach in eine der unteren Wohnungen gehen.Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Alle Zimmer sind groß genug und alles war schön sauber.Die Umgebung ist schön und etwas bergig; gut geeignet zum Wandern oder Radfahren und beim Pulvermaar kann man auch gut baden.Morgens konnte man Brötchen bestellen, sodass es auch jeden Tag frisches Frühstück gab.Lediglich Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist schwierig.Klare Empfehlung, wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal dahin fahren.

wunderbar geräumiges, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus

wir hatten das komplette Haus 2 (22 Betten) mit 12 Personen gebucht. Auch mit einer höheren Belegung wäre ausreichend Platz gewesen. Buchung, Absprache mit dem Vermieter und das Check-In war extrem schnell und einfach. Der gegenüber wohnende Vermieter ist sehr kooperativ und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr vollständig ausgestattet inkl, Grill, Tischkicker, Billard und Tischtennis. wir kommen nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus!

Wir haben das gesamte EifelNatur 2 Haus bewohnt mit mehreren befreundeten Familien, und es hat wunderbar funktioniert.Die Zimmer und Bäder waren tip-top gepflegt, die große Küche oben mit dem langen Esstisch super gemütlich, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieterehepaar war sehr nett und trug dazu bei, dass wir nächstes Jahr direkt wieder gebucht haben: Da beziehen wir das Haus 1 nebenan, weil die 2 schon ausgebucht war... Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Das perfekt Ferienhaus für große Gruppen

Wir hatten Haus 2 für uns, unsere Kinder und Enkel (insgesmat 15 Personen) für eine Woche komplett gemietet. Das Haus mit seinen 3 Wohnungen war sehr sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Wir fühlten uns in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Natur

Unkomplizierte und sehr tolerante Vermieter. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz, auch für große Gruppen. Die Lage am Rand des Ortes bietet Ruhe und die Möglichkeit auch abends draussen zu sitzen ohne die Nachbarn zu stören. Die natürliche Umgebung eignet sich gut zum Wandern und hat viele schöne Orte.

Für große Gruppen geeignet

Das Feriendomizil ist für große Gruppen sehr gut geeignet, es ist alles vorhanden was man zum Kochen oder Grillen benötigt. Die Terrasse und der Außenbereich sind sehr schön und Klein wie Groß hat Spaß daran. Die Landschaft ist traumhaft und man kann alles Mögliche unternehmen. Zu empfehlen ist eine Führung durch den Parcours der Sinne.

Wie immer schön 🤩

Wir sind das zweite Mal in dieses wunderschöne Haus gefahren. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich, zuvorkommend und bestens organisiert. Das Haus ist von seiner Aufteilung her ideal für Freunde oder größere Familien es gibt für alle Altersgruppen die Möglichkeit der Freizeitgestaltung im, am und um das Haus herum. Die Wohnungen sind sehr gut ausgestattet und extrem sauber. Wir haben sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind so begeistert, dass wir sofort fürs nächste Jahr gebucht haben, das sagt glaube ich alles.

Wir haben eine schöne Woche mit Freunden und Familie hier verbracht. Die Möglichkeit das ganze Haus zu mieten ist super. Die lange Tafel in der oberen Wohnung und die große Terrasse sind dafür ebenfalls perfekt. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthaltes war sehr freundlich.

Wieder eine schöne Woche mit Freunden verbracht

Wieder mal eine schöne Ecke in der Eifel entdeckt. Das Haus ist mit großen Küchen und Essräumen gut ausgestattet. Für unsere Acht Paare Gruppe war das Haus ideal. Zum Frühstück reichte uns eine von drei Küchen vollkommen. Da das Wetter hervorragend war, haben wir die Zeit genutzt die in der Nähe liegenden Maare zum Baden zu nutzen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Empfang und Übergabe verliefen professionell und reibungslos trotz Corona Restriktionen.

Großzügiges Haus in der schönen Vulkaneifel

Traumhaftes Haus *****

Wir haben beschlossen mit einer größeren Gruppe über Karneval in die Eifel zu fahren. Dieses Haus war einfach nur wunderbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr professionell und freundlich. Das Haus sauber bestens eingerichtet von allem genug da, auch an den Sachen die sonst oft fehlen für größere Gruppen wie Besteck, Gläser, Teller und Tassen. PRIMA Das Haus macht einen sehr ordentlichen Eindruck und lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren, wenn wir es terminlich noch einmal bekommen können. Weihnachtstreffen mit der Familie

Wir haben mit diesem Ferienhaus einen großzügigen Ort vorgefunden, in dem unsere ganze Familie - 19 Personen - ausreichend Platz hatten. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Übergabe lief problemlos. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
