In short- I would avoid. Unit has a rancid smell, broken bathroom door (cannot close), all furniture is either stained or ruined/patched. Clean dishes were filthy, all plants were dead, fan had no power chord in 100 degree weather (Fahrenheit) unit is in a very noise location with undesirable characters in the neighborhood. We ended up leaving mid stay to live in a more comfortable rental. Host was not amenable to accommodating in any way.Detail- Arrived to an inoperable bathroom door. Guests were unable to use bathroom behind a closed door. This was mentioned to the host upon arrival, in addition to flagging other issues, such as burn marks in toilet seat, to ensure we would not be liable.Escalated the issue on the 2nd day as wife was not comfortable using bathroom with open door. Offered to repair on day 3. We had no patience to wait for repair at this point as the unit should be in good condition upon arrival. No interest in vacationing in Paris while helping everyone do their job correctly.Aside from the aforementioned issue, there is a rancid smell in the unit, all the furniture is stained or damaged with patched couch. It was pretty sad. All house plants were dead and clean dishes grimy. It also located in an undesirable neighborhood with lots of traffic noise and questionable characters strolling around.
