Beautifully decorated, fully equipped lower level end unit with lots of natural light. Stainless steel appliance and new premium vinyl plank flooring . Tv's in all rooms and private wifi for better reception.

Condo is in a great location. Very close to broadway at the beach and the convention center. Two issues need attention quickly in my opinion because I wouldn’t have stayed here if I had known: 1. Cockroaches- on the Windowsills, in the bathrooms, and back patio. (May need to get a new pest service if you have one because they are doing a terrible job) 2. New mattresses needed in all bedrooms. They were extremely soft and lumpy and some springs were broken.

Golfing vacation

Unit is in very good location .Could use a better clean turned ceiling fan on in master bedroom dust flew.Arrive at 4 and cleaning crew was still working loaded groceries in unit but couldnt relax till they were done .Nice location to the pool. The parking is a bit tricky to park by the unit golf carts took up 3 spots while the 2 golf cart charging spots were empty and not able to be used by cars .

Wonderful, Quiet, Relaxing

Nice clean property enjoyed the peaceful quiet location but not far to attractions and shopping. Was a great fit for our family of 7 while attending SCFA fire convention. Host was accomidating on date changes and rhe hime is very well furnished. Would definitely consider staying again!

Decent Condo for Homebase

The good - Overall decent condo with plenty of towels, blankets, laundry access. We had enough room for 5 adults to be comfortable. GREAT LOCATION from the beach and all activities we wanted to do. Thank you for the restaurant recommendations the ones we tried were really good. The bad - It was not properly cleaned. The showers had hair in them and the kitchen sink was dirty. The kitchen smelled like bug spray and had a big roach under the sink. The TVs kept losing connectivity to the service.

Great Trip and Great Location

Went down for a softball tournament. Very convenient location to the fields we played at. Condo is very close to anything you need. Caroline was very helpful and quick to get back with any questions or needs.

Great Stay

Good location for baseball teams needing many units and want more of a home feel than hotels. Great access to everything Myrlte Offers. Host could not have been better, very clean unit and great upgrades to furniture and fixtures. Will look to book again.

Softball Tournament

We were in Myrtle Beach for a softball tournament and was super pleased with the unit! It was super clean, had everything you needed, was easy access to everything and the owner was super nice. We would definitely stay again!!!

Nice Location

I love the location. I have stayed at two properties from the same host. I like this location better of this unit but the cleanliness of the unit was lacking. The second bedroom with the two single beds pushed together had dirt/particles all over the sheets. The beds also wouldn’t stay together and the headboard is completely detached and just sitting along the wall. The floor was covered in sand in numerous locations. The shower curtain in the master bedroom appeared to be covered in mold or intense staining. We had a problem getting into the unit initially. I emailed the host and called the number provided but heard back from neither. Luckily, we figured it out after a short time.

Very nice place

The condo was beautiful but a few small things were a turn off. The floors appeared clean but not convinced they were mopped because my feet would be black if I walked barefooted and the master bath shower curtain had mildew on it. Those issues should be handled better by the cleaning crew. Otherwise everything was beautiful. Very comfortable beds. Appreciated all of the cookware, dishes, towels, etc. we didn’t have to go out to purchase anything else. Our property manager was very quick to respond to all questions and the check in/out process couldn’t have been any simpler

Great Location

Everything went really well. The pool was great and very clean. It was a great location if you’re looking for more of a home feel over staying in a hotel! Would definitely book again.
