Lovely Condo

Beautifully decorated condo that was spacious enough for our whole family (4 adults and 2 kids). Conveniently located and the owners were very kind and helpful.

Great Rental!

We enjoyed our stay during the week of Thanksgiving 2021. The unit was clean and the owners were very attentive. The living room/dining area is spacious. I would hope the unit is available when we plan a return trip to Myrtle Beach.

Great Location and Space!

Wonderful amount of space in the unit. Very comfortable, conviently located to North Mrytle Beach and to Pawleys area. Short distance to beach, right across the main road to a parking area. Convient to many golf courses and outlet shopping, resturants ect. Will be back!

Another Amazing Stay

We were thrilled to visit this property a second time and would love to come back year after year. The unit is EXTREMELY clean and well maintained. The kitchen is nicely stocked. And there are tons of fun extras like games, coloring books, puzzles, and everything you need for a day at the beach. During our stay there was a hiccup with the air conditioning- the owners responded to me immediately and had someone there to fix it with a half hour- it was repaired within an hour. We also love this specific complex and all the pools- some days we had the whole pool to ourselves. If you're ready to get away, book this now. You will love it!

Excellent Girls Golf Getaway!

This property was perfect for us! We golfed 7 days during our time at this condo. Communication with the owner was fast and courteous. There were lots of walking trails around the area - retail therapy close by and very well furnished - which provided us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Myrtle Beach.

This property was perfect for our family! The location was perfectly situated near the pools. The closed-in patio was an added perk. Rooms were quiet, comfortable and fully stocked with linens and towels. The kitchen and bathrooms had all the basic needs we required upon arrival. The owners were very attentive and quick to accommodate our schedule change. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Beach condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tracey and Lee’s beach condo! The house was everything the photos portrayed! The rooms were all so nice, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was our favorite especially with covid being able to cook in for our meals and getting Walmart pick-up! We enjoyed sitting in the closed in patio and people watching and the beautiful lake. We added a few days to our stay because we enjoyed it so much! Thank you for your hospitality and we look forward to coming back!

Nice rental

Very clean, very nice condo in a quiet neighborhood with several pools available to guests. Driving distance to the beach and fun activities. Easy check in and check out process. Hosts were very responsive. One tip…bring your own beach chairs and beach towels. We didn’t realize that we needed our own until after check in so we bought some for the trip while there.

Great Gathering Space

I was able to reunite with my daughter and her family, including my only grandchild, all in one space. We enjoyed the city, the activities and home, but no mostly each other. The home was well equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. There were board games, comfortable beds and all the modern kitchen appliances needed to create great family moments together. The community was quiet and everything we needed, shopping and activity wise was within a few miles. We loved thia home!

Perfect Getaway!

Pictures don't do this property justice. The condo was absolutely lovely and incredibly spacious. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the condo was stocked with little extras to make the trip just that much better- the patio was stocked with lots of beach toys and accessories from beach umbrellas to a little cornhole game! Inside, the tv stand was a treasure chest of games, puzzles, and coloring books. A cute guestbook and loads of pamphlets for nearby attractions provided lots of ideas on local fun. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything from dishware to commom cooking spices and basics. The full size washer and dryer allowed us to keep up with our beach towels and swimwear. We also enjoyed close access to 4 of the communities 11 pools. Even visiting during peak season the pools weren't crowded. It rained a bit during our stay so we loved enjoying the outside from inside the enclosed porch. Our whole family can't wait to stay again!

Baseball and Beach getaway

Perfectly located close to the beach, Broadway at the Beach, and the Ripken fields. We were able to do so much all week without being more than 5-10 mins from the Condo. The property was quiet with several pools located throughout the complex and the Condo was spacious so the early risers didn’t interfere with the all nighters.

Perfect vacation property

The condo was exactly as described, it truly felt like being @ home. My only complaint has nothing to do with the unit; it’s with the cleaners. My granddaughter decided to hide under the bed in master and when she emerged, she was covered in “dust bunnies “. Which prompted me to check the other bedrooms and under couch in living room, yep, more of the same. If there had been dust clothes for the swiffer I would’ve just handled it.

This particular unit is on the first floor, so getting golf clubs, kids, groceries, and beach toys in and out is a breeze. It's also attractively furnished and decorated... which isn't always the case! It offers a true reprieve from your everyday, and a chance to escape and reconnect in a beautiful space and location!
