ENTRADA INDEPENDIENTE

Aquí se vive directamente en los acantilados junto al mar. La playa más cercana de Vale Centeanes está a 5 minutos a pie.

El salón, el dormitorio y la terraza dan directamente al sur, hacia el mar, y ofrecen las mejores vistas al mar. En la terraza hay una mesa de comedor para 4 personas, 2 tumbonas, barbacoa y sombrilla.

En el salón hay 1 sofá cama, en el que pueden dormir 2 personas más si es necesario. Por lo tanto, el apartamento puede ser utilizado por hasta 4 personas. También hay una zona de comedor y una TV en el salón. El piso dispone de WiFi gratuito y aire acondicionado en el salón y el dormitorio.

La cocina está equipada con placa eléctrica con horno, hervidor de agua, cafetera, tostadora y lavavajillas. El baño tiene ducha.

Hay lavadora y secadora en la habitación junto a la puerta principal.

Desde la terraza sólo hay 20 pasos hasta el Océano Atlántico.

Si necesita aire acondicionado, cobramos 50,-€ por semana.

ENTORNO

El centro de Carvoeiro, donde hay una playa, numerosos restaurantes, pequeñas tiendas, bancos con cajeros automáticos y la oficina de correos, está a sólo cinco minutos en coche. Un colorido mercado con artesanía típica portuguesa invita a pasear.

En los alrededores de Carvoeiro también hay centros ecuestres, dos parques acuáticos, una escuela de submarinismo, Zoomarine, campos de golf, centros de tenis y numerosas instalaciones para practicar deportes acuáticos.

La temporada de baño dura casi todo el año.
Se puede llegar rápidamente en coche a grandes centros comerciales y supermercados como Intermarché, Aldi o Lidl.

Carvoeiro es el punto de partida ideal para descubrir el Algarve. Esto incluye paseos por la costa, fantásticas playas, las montañas de Monchique con sus 900 metros de altitud, Sagres como el punto más al suroeste de Europa, ciudades históricas como Lagos y Silves, una interesante excursión de un día a Lisboa (aprox. 2,5 horas en coche) o una emocionante excursión de un día a Sevilla en España (aprox. 2 horas en coche).
En verano, el Algarve ofrece una variada oferta cultural nocturna.

Paradise on the Algarve

In short summary - we loved Apartment Rosa. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed. A 5 minute walk in flip-flops to the beach. The hiking trail along the coast is right outside the door. The view is incredible and we saw the best sunsets ever. I would write a check for Apt Rosa but of course it's not for sale. Thank you for everything Harald!!

Great location for hikers. Property needs some love

I selected the property for its Carvoeiro location, proximity to the beach, and the Seven Hanging Valleys trail which did not disappoint. The view of the ocean, cliffs, and proximity to the trail (literally 40ish yards from the back door) were worth it. Harald was very responsive regarding an issue with a kitchen light fixture which we appreciated. Bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well (thankfully, it was very hot). Overall, the property grounds and apartment are shabby and in need of some upkeep, landscaping, cleaning, and insect remediation. Visitors would also benefit from some supplies like additional linens, trash bags, toilet paper, salt, pepper, herbs if you want to cook.

Hello Scott, thank you for your review. We always give our best to match the expectations of our guests, but unfortunately there are a few things that are out of our control. The outside areas in front of the apartment belong to the council and they are responsible for the maintenance. The back area on the cliffs belongs to the maritim department and are protected; we are not allowed to do any landscaping there. Most of our clients are attracted by the natural surroundings. We are aware of the insects which we cannot avoid as the apartment is located in a natural area. We have fixed moskito nets on the windows but of course this is not a 100% guarantee to keep them out. Regarding the additional supplies, we are happy to supply more linens, trash bags, tabs for the dish washer and toilet paper if the guests ask for them. We don´t provide herbs, salt, pepper etc. as we are renting self catering apartments. Nevertheless we apreciate your opinion and would be pleased to welcome you in future again as our guests. Très beau logement, vue magnifique sur l’ocean

Le logement est très confortable et spacieux. Belle terrasse avec une vue magnifique. Harald et sa sœur nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous recommandons ce logement qui est idéal pour passer un bon séjour. La plage n’est pas très loin et c’est très appréciable.

Sea, sun and sand

The apartment is exactly as described in the photos, very well equipped and has everything you need to spend a great time there. The location is perfect: just take the beach towel, walk 200 meters and we are already on a beautiful beach. But the cherry on top of the cake is that you can look at the sea 24 hours a day, whether you are inside the apt or on the terrace. I was in love with a huge and beautiful pine tree that is in front of the terrace that gave me shade and coolness on very hot days. Within a radius of 5 km, we have countless beautiful beaches (it's mandatory to go to the Marinha beach). If you like hiking, you can visit them through a wonderful route over the cliffs (Seven Hanging Valleys Trail). This trail starts in front of this apartment and ends at Marinha beach. We want to thank Mr. Harald for his availability and kindness. He has shown that he cares and tries to guarantee a good stay for his guests.

Ein wahrer Segen für die Seele

Wenn man Ruhe und das Meer mag, wird dieser Blick einen morgens und abends belohnen. Das Apartment ist funktionell eingerichtet, hat aber auch kleine Mängel. Aber entscheidend sind andere Werte, wie zum Beispiel der sehr angenehme Empfang und Unterstützung durch Herrn Wittmann. Ihm möchten wir ganz besonders Danken.

A propriedade é excelente. Todavia o serviço de preparação do apartamento é deficiente. A cama. nao estava com lençóis a parte de jardim abandonada e sem rega. Não fui informado que o empreendimento está em obras.. havendo restos de materiais de obras a vista. Gostaria de ter sido avisado. Todavia gostei dos dias passados na propriedade. Tem grande potencial se for cuidada. Seria bom procederem a rega das plan tas e não deixarem que se percam.

Thanks for your review The owner of the land in front of and behind the apartment is the municipality. Like many neighbors, I give the plants water, but it is only possible if there are no customers in the apartment. Most apartments have different owners, so I do not know when a flat will be renovated. Here I asked the owner and he told me that the work is finished before high season. Living the Algarve Fantasy

Harald was very communicative, punctual, helpful and friendly. We would gladly work with him again. When we arrived I felt I had walked right into the photo that attracted me to the place, a patio with barbecue overlooking the Atlantic. The place functioned well, with plenty of space for our plan to shop locally and cook dinners at home, eating outside. Harald gave us lots of tips about things to see and answered our many questions with patience and good cheer. The only drawback was that we went in high season and there were lots of tourists at the local beaches and such. We had a wonderful and memorable time there and would recommend it.

Schön aufgeteilte Ferienwohnung mit direkten Blick auf das Meer. Strand fußläufig in 5 Minuten gut zu erreichen, für Carvoeiro Ortskern benötigt man ein Fahrzeug,, Hr. Wittmann freundlich und hilfsbereit

Super Lage, saubere Wohnung, jederzeit wieder !

Wir waren im April für 10 Tage in der Ferienwohnung "Rosa". Haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. In der Wohnung ist alles da was man braucht, sie ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Bett empfanden wir als bequem. Viele deutsche TV-Sender vorhanden, ausserdem eine kleine Auswahl an (deutschen) Büchern. Das Highlight ist natürlich die Terasse mit einem schönen Holzkohlegrill und dem tollen Meerblick. 2 Sonnenliegen und Schirm ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen, auch der Kontakt mit Hr. Wittmann war problemlos und freundlich. Danke und vielleicht bis bald !

Beste Aussichten!

Super Lage mit wunderschönem Blick! Tolle Terrasse mit neuem Grill! Neue Küche in der Wohnung! Küchenutensilien und Sofas könnten eine "Auffrischung" vertragen. Herr Wittmann ist ein sehr freundlicher Ansprechpartner und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit Superblick zum Meer
