Makadamia23 is 1.5 hours from Nevado del Ruiz (unique eco-tourism place), and 1 hour from Manizales and the healthy hot volcanic springs of Ruiz (termales). 30 minutes from the Colombian coffee region. And, 2.5 hours from the unique large city of Medellin (depending on traffic may vary).

ARRIVAL: Upon arrival at the house, all services and facilities are arranged. During the tour inside the house, you should consult with our housekeeper to advise you on correct position lamps, lamps, fans, blinds, kitchen appliances, laundry equipment and to ensure that it works properly. It also shows the terrace, the swimming pool and the correct functioning of the sliding doors.

Food: There is a small shop in the condominium where you can get some basic elements of the market. In the next village (15 minutes) there is a shop where you can buy everything you need.

Work at home: Our housekeeper will help you with the housework (kitchen and cleaning). All repairs and all maintenance in the house must be carried out by them. It is recommended to discuss a common agreement on the working hours of our housekeepers from day one. Please note that you receive eight (8) hours of door-to-door service daily. If the group is more than eight (8) people, an additional household ring is 15 euros / day for its required by the customers.

Public transportation: There is a bus route between the house and all cities. If you are interested I can recommend taxi drivers familiar, you can hire the driver for the trip or for a full day.

SECURITY TIPS: Although the region is safe, please do not leave any important value neglected. The house is equipped with a safe. We recommend the safe storage of valuables. Please share this information with all travelers. When you leave the house, please check that all doors are closed and locked.
