About this property

Villa Esperanza for 6-8 people, with a private pool and a secluded view

The modern luxury villa Espernaza is located in the mountains between Andratx and Port Andtrax, 3 kilometers from the famous port of Puerto de Andtrax.

The luxury residence was completely renovated in 2017 and offers all the comforts to spend a quiet relaxing holiday in the southwest of Majorca.

The villa has a great view of Port Andratx. It is secluded, complete privacy with private pool and jacuzzi. A Mediterranean garden and several terraces ensure maximum relaxation. The villa Esperanza is divided into a main house on 3 flats. On the ground floor is the sunlit living room and fireplace with adjoining spacious, state of the art kitchen with plenty of space to cook and enjoy. Ebneso there are 2 bedrooms with bathrooms. From the living room and the kitchen you get to the large sun terrace with seating lounge and dining table where you can enjoy the sun or the beautiful evening mood depending on the time of day.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with modern bathroom. Here is adjacent to a beautiful balcony with fantastic views.
In the basement there is a large fitness area and party room.

In the adjoining house adjacent to the private pool, there are also 2 bedrooms with bath and a kitchen with living room and sofa bed. All rooms are air conditioned.
In the living rooms and in the fitness room there are satellite TV's.

The wifi is available on the entire area.

In the main house with Playstation4 and Soundbar.

From the pool area you come into the beautiful Mediterranean garden with beach for relaxing hours.

The villa is very quiet in the mountains between Puerto Andratx and Andtrax.

Here you will also find all shops and supermarkets and very good restaurants, 5 minutes away.

To the capital Palma you need about 25 minutes. Several beaches can be reached in 15 minutes z. B Sant Elm and Peguera. The nearest golf course is located in Camp de Mar about 10 minutes entfert.

At the Finka Esperanza you, your family and friends can relax from the stress of everyday life and enjoy the sunshine of Majorca.

Beautiful home with awesome terrace

A beautiful home with fantastic views. The area is remote a car is essential. The location is stunning, just outside the town of Andtrax and 30min drive to palma. I would return for sure!

Traumhafte Finca in den Bergen um Port Andratx

Der Urlaub in der Villa Esperanza hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt! Von der unkomplizierten Kommunikation und dem einfachen Check-In bis hin zur sehr modernen und umfangreichen Ausstattung der Finca blieben keine Wünsche offen. Besonders der große Pool und der beeindruckende Ausblick auf die Berge um Port Andratx hinterließen bei uns einen bleibenden Eindruck. Die große Küche und das sehr vielseitige Gym ließen ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Ich möchte außerdem die Weitläufigkeit des Anwesens und die räumliche Trennung der Schlaf- und Badezimmer in mehreren Gebäuden hervorheben, die dafür gesorgt haben, dass es auch mit einer großen Gruppe unterschiedlichen Alters (8 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) nie zu eng wurde. Vielen Dank noch mal an die Gastgeber, dass sie uns diesen traumhaften Urlaub ermöglicht haben!

Amazing Villa and Location

Can’t thank the owners enough for accommodating us! We booked the day before and they made sure we had a fantastic stay! Heidi the house keeper was amazing too, nothing was ever a problem. This villa is in a great location and has everything you need for either a big group or big family, down to baby bits and activities for older children. The pool is in the sun all day and the villa has so much space to chill out and the kitchen is state of the art! Thanks again to you all and can’t wait to book again soon Maria ❤️

Traumhafte, großzügige Unterkunft für größere Familien oder befreundete Paare, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht oder brauchen könnte. Ruhig und etwas abseits gelegen, daher ist ein Mietwagen praktisch aber Taxen nach Andratx oder Port Andratx (zum Einkaufen oder Restaurants) kosten auch nur 7-8 EUR (pro Fahrt). Bei jedweden Fragen konnte uns die Haushälterin, Heidy, immer sofort weiterhelfen. Alles in allem können wir die Villa Esperanza ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen!

Ein Traum

Wir hatten mit 9 Leuten eine super Woche in einer wunderschönen Villa. Da passt einfach alles. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können einen Urlaub in der Villa nur empfehlen.

Traumhafte Finca in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben mit insgesamt 12 Freunden ein langes Wochenende in der Finca verbracht und waren mehr als angetan. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und mit mit dem großen Außenbereich so perfekt geschnitten, dass man auch mit einer größeren Gruppe mehr als genug Platz und Rückzugsräume hat. Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch und der Ausblick auf die Berge einfach traumhaft. Wir freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen!
