Guests will enjoy its exclusive Village at Nags Head Beach Club Membership with access to the Olympic size Oceanfront pool, tennis courts, snack bar with grill, and activities for the whole family.

Anyone who needs to avoid steps can get around in comfort, bring in groceries, etc. **

Dirty, Outdated, and Poorly Maintained

We had high hopes for our beach trip, but this house fell below expectations due to poor maintenance, cleanliness issues, and an overall lack of care.Before arrival, we were informed that the garbage disposal was not working and wouldn’t be fixed until Monday — even though we were checking in Saturday. This immediately limited our ability to use the kitchen. The sink backed up, and we couldn’t use the dishwasher. When a maintenance person finally came Monday morning, they discovered the disposal just needed to be reset — a simple fix that should have been handled before we arrived. It was also confirmed that the dishwasher was completely inoperable and unusable for the entire stay.Cleanliness was another major issue. The carpet was filthy, and the whole house felt like it hadn’t been refreshed in a long time. The bathrooms in particular were outdated and in serious need of remodeling — old fixtures made them feel more rundown than relaxing. We found cockroaches in the kitchen, bathroom and deckIt’s clear this property is not being properly maintained or managed. For the price we paid, we expected a clean, comfortable, and functional space. Instead, we dealt with preventable problems, poor communication, and a home that simply isn’t being kept up to standard.I gave two stars because it is in a very nice and desirable location with easy access to the beach,however we would not stay here again and would caution others to look elsewhere until major improvements are made.
