Lose yourself in the modern beach bungalow minutes from the beach. This 900 sf home is located in the sought after town of Ocean View Beach. Get the best of both worlds with public beach access & backyard privacy. After a day on the beach hang out in the backyard with a fire pit & grill. Bright tones, modern design, & a convenient list of amenities make for a care-free stay. Every detail has been thought of for a comfortable unique experience. New VRBO users or users with no reviews will require refundable deposit. This listing is +/- 0.8 miles from the beach and closes Navy gate. We utilize modern, minimalist design style with clean edges. We have floating shelves, closet organizers and luggage racks in each room, no dressers/drawers! Please make sure to read our listing in full as well as the house rules as we want to make sure we meet your expectations and are a great fit for your trip! •This is a pet friendly listing, we do not guarantee an allergy free stay.
•Trash day is Wednesday morning, we will send a reminder Tuesday that we will be by Tuesday evening to roll the trash down.
•We do require a refundable deposit at the time of booking.
•Lawn care is weekly we will send a reminder if you are staying with us during this time.

Relax and unwind

Great location - 18 minute drive to downtown but yet walking distance to restaurants and a beach. Very clean and comfortable.

Long weekend

The house was very cute and cozy. Perfect for a long weekend away with the family. Only recommendation is maybe some curtains in the living room as it is super bright in the morning with all the white.

Family Vacation

With this being our first family vacation with littles it was important to find a place that was kid friendly. This property gave us just that! The yard was very nice to let the kids run around while the adults had a fire. They thought of everything with this house! It was also in a great location for all the things we planned! Would definitely stay again!

Great Find!

Very clean, simple-just what we need after a day at the beach! Quiet neighborhood. The beach is a quick one mile straight shot with free public parking. Also within a mile of the property is a grocery store, gas, and various quick service restaurants. We’d definitely stay again.

Cozy bungalow

Check in was simple as was daily in and out access. The neighborhood was quiet and in the middle of the activities we had planned while in the area. We were busy everyday over the long weekend so we didn't end up spending much time in the house. It was a great crash pad!

Perfect relaxing location

If you're looking for a quite beach town to visit, then stay here! Not only is there a beach a mile away, bit you're just a short drive to so many tourist attractions. The backyard is great to hang at home and grill some dinner as well. Everything you need and more! We really enjoyed our stay, only feedback I have is to get some comfier pillows and mattresses.

Great place to stay in Ocean View

Very lovely bungalow with very comfy beds and bedding. Kitchen was large enough for our family, having a fenced in back yard was a bonus for our almost 4 year old. More kitchen ware would have been helpful, but overall our stay was 5 star! Thank you

The perfect gem for a getaway weekend

From the great communication, cleanliness of the property, accuracy of photos down to customized welcome signs and s’mores kit, this rental property and host were fantastic. The backyard was the sweetest with a great fenced in area for my dog, a fire pit with the fire wood supplied, a grill and picnic table with outdoor games provided. We definitely spent more time in the home than expected because it was so nice. Especially when traveling with a dog, the backyard is so much better than an ocean view. If you have been looking at properties to rent and can’t decide let me make the decision easy for you, book this one!! The decor/colors are calming and there is just enough furniture to get the job done with working appliances and supplies at your fingertips. There is even a book outlining how to work certain things in the home such as the remote and air/heat as well as local recommendations for food etc. The host truly thought of everything. The personal touches on this rental really make it family oriented. This stay was everything I wanted it to be…worry free!!! 5 plus stars

Ocean View Beach is +/- 1 mile away, Virginia Beach oceanfront +/- 20 miles away, Naval Base, Shopping Outlets, Botanical Gardens, Fishing Pier. Unlike Virginia Beach Ocean Front this area is a locals beach with no major board walk.

•Refundable House Rules Fee required at the time of booking.

• SMOKING: This is a non-smoking property. No smoking of any kind inside or near entrances. This includes vapes/e-cigarettes

•PARTIES: No parties, gatherings. No loud music.

•PETS: Pets are welcome for a pet fee that is paid prior to arrival. A fee will be charged for pet damage & pet waste in the yard. Please be responsible pet owners and clean up after your furry friends.

•Minimum booking age 21+.

•City quiet hours 10:00pm-7:00am. This is a family friendly property and community. No loud music or disturbing neighbors.

•Extra guest fees apply for over 4 guest. All guests must be listed on the reservation (including kids). Bringing in non declared guests will incur a per guest fee.

•Late checkout/checkin is not always available and can incur a late check-out fee up to 1 night stay if not approved.

• HAZARDS: If grill or fire pit are in use do not leave unattended. Guest with trailers/boats/RV do not park in the backyard or block neighbor driveways.

•Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest & does not cover biohazards or damages. Glitter/confetti NOT allowed.

•No tampering of external only security cameras located on the perimeter of the property, indoor smoke/carbon monoxide, Minut detectors or wifi. Our City permit requires these features.

•Violation of house rules or Airbnb policies will result in an immediate check-out, no refund and fine.
