A place for your Atlantic Oceanfront views. Begin your sea life adventures here. Newly renovated spacious Studio Style, Private Romeo&Juliette balcony on 11th floor offers breathtaking ocean views! There is a fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, two queen size beds. The condo is located inside a resort which resides right on the Beach. The resort offers 2 pools (1 outside and 1 inside), 2 spa, gym, sauna.

Publix, Walgreens, Ross, Marshalls, Beall’s, Dollar Tree, and several restaurants are right across the street.

‼️ Please note: The south pool deck, two additional pools, the restaurant, and the tiki bar are temporarily closed due to past hurricane damage. This is not visible from your balcony.

Spring Break 2023

Pools "temporarily closed" means for a long time. That includes pool deck, ticki bar, and beach access due to hurricane damage. The restaurant or interior pool were not in operation either. Parking deck was closed as well. Beach access was a half mile walk back through the front of the facility and out to the street where you then access a public entry point on the North side. I would suggest a wagon for your beach stuff. I understand the Hurricane was an act of nature, but no repairs have been started and I think you should be fully aware of what you are getting into. The condo itself was pretty much as advertised although the balcony was not big enough for a chair.

Trip for 2!!

We enjoyed our stay in Daytona very much and can’t wait for the next time! The room itself could have been a little cleaner there were some misc stains on the walls, only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 small shampoo for two adults for 4 days. It was just a minor inconvenience but luckily there was a Walgreens nearby. We felt very safe at the location and had a decent view of the beach. Also make sure to have your parking pass because they do tow every hour. The amenities weren’t always open and I know the property owner has no control over that oh and to make our stay extra special the building lost power and we were stuck in the elevator on the 11th floor.

Not what I was expecting

All of the amenities were closed!! You only get four towels for a four day stay. Balcony wasn’t big enough to even sit on. No communication with owner at all
