I’ll be addressing the cleaning issue with my team. We have since purchased a brand new grill for the cabin. Patricia, I am surprised to receive this review from you. We take pride in having a clean cabin and offering our guests the best amenities. I would have been happy to have our cleaning crew come out immediately and address your concerns, had you let me know during your stay. We did not find that the towels were moldy but to be sure, have replaced all the towels with new ones. The filter on the refrigerator was replaced as soon as the beeping was brought to our attention. Unfortunately, we are in the woods and the outside furniture and tv do get dusty. Our cleaning crew cleaned everything outside before your arrival but during ragweed and pollen season, it is next to impossible to keep it all from settling again. The outside trash cans are located at the end of the driveway and are scheduled to be picked up every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. During the busy seasons, the trash company can run behind and miss our trash cans occasionally, which is why we have 2 trash cans for our guests. When you mentioned the broken banister in your phone call with my colleague, he offered to drive over to fix it immediately and you assured him that it wasn’t a big deal. As soon as you departed, the railing was fixed. I hope that you find a more suitable cabin in the future. We have used your review to ensure that our future guests will have a 5 Star experience.
